Our wonderful villa, constructed in 1937 with a distinctive architectural design, has been renovated to offer spacious and stylish accommodation. Nestled within a lovely private fenced garden spanning 4000 m2, the villa boasts a natural swimming pond, teak furniture, abundant flowers and plants, and a wooded area.
The private apartment, located on the second floor, includes:
• A 43 m2 room with a double bed, sofa, and dining table under a pitched roof.
• A compact 6 m2 kitchen.
• A 5 m2 bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet.
• An optional second room (for an additional fee) featuring a double bed, sofa, and desk, spanning 30 m2 under a pitched roof.
For one or 2-person bookings, you will have access to one room, a private bathroom, and a kitchen. If you desire an additional bedroom, this is available for an extra €20 per night, payable in cash upon arrival.
The price automatically includes the second room for 3 or 4 people bookings.
A tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable in cash upon arrival.
Access to the charming apartment is via a staircase shared with the owners, followed by a private staircase.
Located in Bilthoven, a tree-lined town in the Province of Utrecht with a population of 22,000, our home is within easy reach of shops, walking and biking trails, swimming spots, golf courses, and dining options. The train station is a convenient 10-minute walk away.
Our property borders a nature reserve, accessible on foot within minutes, and a bicycle path runs right by our doorstep.
The Province of Utrecht offers a rich blend of nature, culture, and recreational opportunities. There is plenty to explore from the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park for woodland walks and cycling to the Vecht Lake area for water sports. Nearby historic cities like Utrecht and Amersfoort hold intriguing surprises, and the province boasts more castles and country estates than any other in the Netherlands.
Situated centrally in the Netherlands, our location allows easy access to explore the entire country. For example:
• Utrecht (10 minutes by car/25 minutes by bike/7 minutes by train) offers cultural landmarks, museums, shopping, canal cruises, and family-friendly attractions like KidZcity.
