The Coach House is a charming period barn conversion, a wing of the owner's house in the village of Evercreech near Wells, Somerset. Hosting three bedrooms; a super king-size, a ground floor king-size, and a twin, along with a ground floor bathroom and first floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, lounge/diner with woodburning stove, and an external utility. To the outside is off-road parking for one car, and a lawn/patio. Resting in a charming setting not far from the historic town, The Coach House is a comfortable cottage in a lovely part of England.
Amenities: Eco central heating with woodburner. Electric oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair and baby bath. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Small private enclosed lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: Courtyard: for parking only. Note: Check in is 5pm.
