Moving through the property you will find an open-plan living room, comprising of a sitting area, dining area and a kitchen area. Outside, you will find off-road parking for one car and a garden area with patio and furniture. Ryepiece Cottage is a superb base for a romantic getaway.

Electric combination microwave/oven, 2 ring hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Bike storage. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property. Note:The owner hosts Community (non profit making) house concerts 6 times a year in their home adjoining the cottage. Guests are very welcome to attend these Friday evening Blues, Jazz or Classical music events. Note: No BBQ's allowed as the owner's home is thatched. Please note: Check in is from 4pm and check out is before 10am.

Lovely cottage, great location
The cottage is well equipped with everything you might need and all the furnishings are of a high standard. The gardens are beautiful and there is plenty to do within just a short distance. We had a great time and will be recommending this cottage to our friends and family.
