This 4 bedroom villa is located in Kalamar Bay, in Kalkan, only a short 5 minute walking distance from Kalkamar Beach Club. The villa offers stylish accommodation for 8 guests with a private infinity pool, games room and beautiful sea views. This pool has a heating facility, which can take the pool temperature to approximately 29 degrees, for an additional charge of 10500 turkish lire per week, payable on arrival. Guests wishing this facility should inform us at least two days in advance.

It has been recently upgraded by the new owner, featuring a games room equipped with a Playstation4, table football, dart board and an air-hockey.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor
Kitchen and open plan living area with TV home entertainment system and comfortable seating.
This area has direct access to the pool terrace

Lower ground floor:
There are two en-suite shower double bedrooms on this floor and another bedroom configured as a double but that can also be configured as a twin bedroom upon request, This room does not have en-suite facilities, but it has use of a shower room / WC across the hallway.The games room is also located on this level.

First floor:
The master suite occupied this level, featuring a Jacuzzi bath in the room with views over the sea and a shower room / wc surrounded by glass.

Second floor:
There is an en-suite small en-suite shower room. Please note that this room has a lower ceiling.
This bedroom leads out onto the villa's roof terrace which has fabulous views, a couple of loungers and a comfortable seating area.

Outside the villa:
The villa has a al fresco dining area plus a BBQ.
It features an infinity-edged pool with jacuzzi jets and sun loungers around the pool.
There is also a table tennis at this level.

An underfloor heating facility is also available for an additional 8000 turkish lire per week.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 8000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
