Lovely cottage situated on the Bay resort, a 5 star holiday complex in Filey. Access to heated indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room, fitness suite, tennis court, table tennis, football field and pub. Surrounded meadows, lake and with direct access to the beach there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The cottage is beautifully decorated with open plan living allowing everyone be together. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need.
A log burner and a selection of books, games and DVD's makes it enjoyable to stay in. The bi-fold doors open onto a sunny terrace with bbq and patio furniture.
2 beautifully decorated bedrooms are upstairs one with King size bed the other with bunk beds and a single. There is a family bathroom with shower and downstairs cloakroom.

Hi, I'm Clare and we purchased the cottage in February 2019. I have a real attention to detail and so have ensured that the cottage is in lovely condition, its been newly decorated, well equipped and has luxury bedding and towels. We want to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay so listen to our customers feedback to ensure we get things right for our guests.
Why they chose this property
The property is in a great location, just 5 minute walk to the resort leisure facilities and food serving pub. The award winning beach is just 10 minutes from the cottage. In the surrounding area there is so much to see and do, with Scarborough being just 15 minutes away. Filey only 2 miles away with lots of attractions in North Yorkshire to cater for everyone.
What makes this property unique
When viewing this cottage for the first time, I fell in love with the sunny aspect. The Living room which opens up onto the terrace with bi folds gets sunlight flooding in all afternoon and evening, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
