Apartment in villa, located at garden level. Independent entrance, large living room with large windows and lovely lake view, kitchenette and sofa bed for one and a half, bedroom, hallway and bathroom.
Private portion of garden with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs, plus the remaining part of the garden, the porch with PING-PONG table and barbecue area to share with other units of the villa. In the garden, vegetable garden with aromatic herbs and salad.
Pedestrian gate for direct access to the lake.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat eine Top-Lage. Die Aussicht ist einfach bombastisch, sowohl vom Wohnraum als auch von der süßen kleinen Privat-Terrasse. Wir und unser Hund wurden von den freundlichen Hosts herzlich aufgenommen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Leider haben wir von der Agentur eine falsche Hausnummer bekommen und fanden die Unterkunft zunächst nicht. Eine sehr nette italienische Dame hat uns dann mit ihrem Auto direkt zur Wohnung geleitet.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sie ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Komunikation mit der Gastgeberin war etwas schwierig weil sie nur italienisch und französisch sprach, obwohl im Inserat auch von englisch die Rede war. Aber es hat trotzdem alles geklappt. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech bei der Anreise. Der Schneefall am San Bernhardiner Pass hat uns etwas ausgebremst. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft. AnnaMaria ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie war jederzeit für uns da. Sehr schöne Gegend für Wanderungen und Erkundungen. Hatten schöne Tage, obwohl das Wetter sehr wechselhaft war.

Traum-Blick über den Luganersee
Ich durfte eine wunderschöne Zeit im Appartement von Anna verbringen.Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig... Sei es der fantastische Blick ,oder auch verkehrstechnisch.Ich würde gerne wiederkommen. Für Gehbehinderte ist das Appartement jedoch weniger geeignet,da doch einige Treppen zu. steigen sind.

Wir waren die ganze Woche hier, die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem schönen Blick auf den See. Dieser Urlaub wird noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.
