This loft strikes its guests for its brightness and clean, modern design in shades of white. It consists of a large and bright living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom and a mezzanine with a double bed. It is equipped with internet access (wi-fi), central heating, air conditioning, 2 electric mosquito repellents, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, iron. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle.
In front of the building entrance is the Squero di San Trovaso, one of the few squeri currently in operation in Venice where gondolas are built and repaired. Furthermore, it is located 100 m from the 'Zattere' vaporetto stop, from which you can take the vaporetto towards Lido, Giudecca Island, Tronchetto, Piazzale Roma and the Train Station. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Accademia Bridge, from which you can walk towards St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Furthermore, a well-stocked supermarket is 500 metres away.
Check-ins are possible from 15:00 to 19:00. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required.
