From start to finish, a five star review!! spacious, private outdoor area, clean, meticulously kept, grand multilevel home. We were 7 adults and had plenty of space. Full formal dining room, Erica our host arranged a private chef for our last night. One of my daughters is a vegetarian she was very happy with her delicious multi course meal. Everything was perfect.
We will be back!! Centrally located.
We had our three adult children with spouses at this property. Great location, great host and a lovely large apartment. Absolutely perfect for our time in Rome!
The apartment is stunning. It has wonderful art, furniture and brand new amenities. The appliances are brand new in the kitchen and everything was meticulous. My family of 4 and sisters family of 4 stayed here very comfortably. The bedrooms are air conditioned and spacious. Plenty of restrooms and large living spaces. The apartment building is a work of art in itself with ancient fountains in your private courtyard. Erika was very helpful in arranging transfers to and from the train station, restaurant recommendations, and a basket full of goodies for us! The via Giulia is in the heart of historical Rome and one of the most beautiful streets. We were all blown away. The pictures do not due this stunning home justice!!
Our family had a wonderful stay in this apartment this June. Erika met us upon arrival to give a tour and explain logistics. She also provided some excellent suggestions for dining in the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. The appliances are all new and work very well. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an elegant respite in Rome.
We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful 2-floor, 4 bedroom flat in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Rome. Not only way Erika a warm and gracious host, but her property was beautifully appointed and an extremely comfortable home base for our stay with our 3 sons and 2 girlfriends. The location was minutes away from the beautiful Campo de Fiore and Piazza Navona with no shortage of wonderful restaurants, boutiques and beautful streets just to roam around. Many thanks to Erika for her wonderful hospitality to make our Roem stay so memorable!
I really cannot say enough about this beautiful house. It was perfect for our group of two couples. We spent one week here and could not have asked for a better location. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped but we preferred to eat out. Every morning we had coffee and fresh croissants from a cafe 2 minutes away. Every evening we walked to Compo Fiori or Piazza Navona for dinner. We walked to the Spanish steps and the Pantheon one morning and Trastevere another.
Erica the owner was extremely helpful and and available at all times to answer any questions we had. I don’t imagine we will get the chance but I would stay here again if I ever returned to Rome.
