Casa di Mario is located just behind Monopoli’s iconic 500 year old wall and a quick hop from the sandy beach of the town of Monopoli. The independent house is newly renovated and include living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and a wonderful terrace with sea view. Whether you want to just enjoy the quaint Centro Storico or if you’re looking to explore the region of Puglia, Casa di Mario has everything you want and more!

The accomodation is a traditional 200-300 year old Monopoli home. At roughly 65 square meter (700 square feet) and 5 floors, the home boasts its own private roof deck with views of the Adriatic Sea (perfect for lounging, dining and BBQing!). It sleeps 2-3 perfectly and 4 nicely. The home has a living room with double sofa bed on the basement and a bathroom with shower on the mezzanine floor. There is a bedroom with matrimonial bed (larger than an American size queen, but smaller than a king) on the first floor, a kitchen on the second floor and the private terrace with sea view on the third floor.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home when you don’t feel like going out. The accomodation has high speed internet and wifi. The house is equipped by bed and bath linens, as well as a washer, making long stays even easier. Both the kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom are air conditioned for your comfort during the warm summer days and nights on the Adriatic coast. All rooms are also heated durning the off season times as well.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.

Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
