Location excellent – I would book again. The house location is excellent, only a few minutes’ walk to the beach area. The house itself is very clean, the garden area is at the front of property, but as the road is a cul-de-sac not much went passed, it’s not completely private, but good enough to sun bath, if you bring you own lilo’s, as no sun beds on site. Just a 8 seater table and 2 nice comfy chairs with foot stools The kitchen seemed to have everything required, but we only used the basic stuff and didn’t cook. The Lounge area is comfy and has seating for about 7 or 8 people. The bedrooms are very small (all beds are single and you cannot put together to make doubles), but there is enough storage upstairs to accommodate 5 people’s clothing. My only slight gripe is the communication with Flatguest in the months / week leading up to us arriving, they didn’t reply to any of my emails, but I finally managed to get them on the phone 4 days before us arriving. We only got the access information at 9.30pm the night before we were traveling. I would use again and recommend the house to others.

The apartment was very good apart from no water pressure we had to make friends with someone fro. Another apartment complex to shower and my partners son who is very particular and needs to shower at least twice a day left 2 days early because of this problem i would very much avoid this apartment if you like to stay showered i contacted the supplier of apartment and was told that it happens but not for 9 days no attempted to reimburse for this major inconvenience

Perfect Stay

I come often to Puerto Rico and I really think these are the better location possible. Half way in between beach and commercial center, without climbing needed and away from noisy roads. Plus the flat is very nice, with a big table in the garden. We had a wonderful time and price was very affordable. A bit of care for the habitation would be great. Hoven wasn't working, store fall on the head of my wife (no one hurt) and the door of the WC do not close.

Altfor "tynn" strømlinje som ikke lar deg bruke ovn og vaskemaskin.

Leiligeheten passer bra for dem som liker kort avstand til stranden, som ikke skal lage mat eller vaske klær (eller har masse tid for å stå ved el. tavle), de som er gla i fluer, kakerlakker og røyk fra naboens terrasse. Flatguest som står som formidler lover deg hjelp 24/7 men hjelpen er ikke rask og oftest ueffektivt.
