Ideally located for a holiday by the sea, this sea view house has its feet in the water. The beach is right in front of the house. Dead end in front of the house. Very little traffic. 2 cars maximum per day. You can park in front of the house or in the garden.
House of 80m2 is composed:
- Ground floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, kitchenette, living room, living room and a TV room
- upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
You also have a large garage.
The garden is fenced in front of the house. You also have to the right of the house (when looking at the sea) an unfenced garden
You can make many bike rides if you wish, beautiful walks, you can enjoy the beach right in front of the house and you have another 200m from the house.
You can in front of the house paddle, windsurf, go fishing according to your wishes or simply enjoy the beautiful view.
The house will please you for its calm and its scenery. This house is alive, you will believe yourself at home! You will enjoy your stay whatever your desire: family, change of scenery, kite surfing, windsurfing, kite flying, cycling and walking, calm, rest, relaxation ...
We leave essential things in the house (salt, pepper, oil, charcoal, toilet paper, paper towel, senseo coffee capsules, coffee, filter, Sugar, tea ...). We ask the tenants to hand over the products they have used so that the following tenants are not penalized.
Two bikes are available and a paddle subject to a deposit.
Household linen can be supplied as an additional option.
Located 20kms from Vannes, in the gofe of morbihan, you will be charmed at the end of your stay. You can visit the islands and the surroundings which are very pleasant.
