Fantastic villa with private pool located in Sant Jordi, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the roads of the island.

This beautiful property stands out for its private pool and its large terrace where you can relax and rest during your holidays. This villa features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Likewise, it features 3 full bathrooms, kitchen and a large terrace with private pool.

As a main feature, it has air conditioning (hot / cold) throughout the property. It has fantastic connections by road or highway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches less than 5km away. The village, Sant Jordi, is only 100 meters away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and other local shops.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms except one, where there is a fan. It has central heating.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Groot huis met goede en leuke faciliteiten! Rustig dorpje wat verder van El Arenal af maar met een supermarktje, restaurant, avondwinkel en een bushalte die naar Palma/El Arenal gaat prima te doen!

Ha superado nuestras expectativas, casa impecable,a 20 min de Palma. Echaré de menos las vistas desde el dormitorio principal… echaré de menos hasta el canto del gallo x las mañanas. Recomendaré esta casa sin duda. Gracias

Sauber, großzügig und sehr gepflegt
Die Abwicklung der Buchung, die Kommunkation (deutsch/englisch) war einwandfrei. Sonderwünsche wie ein Bügelbrett wurden ohne zögern zugesagt und umgesetzt. Die Immobilie verfügt über einen großes Untergeschoss das auch mal bei schlechterem Wetter dank des Billardtisches sowie auch der Tischtennisplatte und auch dem Dart für jung und alt genügend Auswahl bietet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und schön geählt, die Badezimmer sind in einem einwandfreien Zustand. die Küche bietet alles für auch größere Kochaktivitäten. Unsere Woche dort war sehr erholsam und werden bei unsem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder diesen super Anbieter wählen. Vielen DANK!

Nuestra estancia en la casa ha sido mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Íbamos con "miedo" de ver que nos encontrábamos ya que el único comentario que había en airbnb no era muy bueno... La comunicación con la agencia ha sido muy buena, la casa está fenomenal, está en un sitio donde desconectar del ruido, pero a tan solo 15 mins de la playa del arenal y a 20 del centro de palma. La casa está muy bien decorada y muy cuidada. La piscina es grande y muy buena. Volveremos seguro. Lo recomiendo 100

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und der Urlaub war gelungen. Es gab Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, diese wurden allerdings schnell behoben. Die Landschaft bzw. Umgehung entlang der Immobilie ist nicht sehr schön.

Nice House
A very nice house in a lovely neighborhood. Palma is just a 10 minutes cab ride away and when you share the costs it isn't expensive at all about 15 € per ride. There is a small supermarket in the town. You can get almost everything there you need for your stay. The house itself is clean, twice a week somebody cleans the pool. The contact to the host is fast, easy and helpful. All around a very nice stay and would like to visit again sometime.
