This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with clean linens, travel size soaps/shampoos, and paper products. Master Suite has a comfortable king size bed with a large bathroom attached, private entry to patio, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. The master bathroom has a standing shower and separate soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed with a private full bathroom attached. There is a double size bunk bed and twin bunk bed in the third bedroom. It sleeps 12 comfortably in beds with a queen size air mattress provided for 2 additional people.

An open kitchen with an island bar is fully equipped to do any cooking. It is loaded with all cooking utensils and updated appliances. A dining table has 6 chairs and also there are 6 bar stools along the kitchen island bar allowing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the meals.

There is plenty of entertainment while staying at this condo. The spacious great room with modern furniture, cozy gas fireplace, and flat screen TV & DVD is a great relaxing atmosphere for the whole family. An X-Box game console with several games will be provided for extra entertainment for anyone. On the large deck, there are a BBQ grill and an outdoor patio dining set with 6 chairs if you enjoy outdoor dining as well as a hammock.

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for guests of all ages. Las Palmas has three out door swimming pool and hot tub areas. One family pool with kid friendly zone, a cascading waterfall pool, and The Hub: which includes indoor and outdoor pools, water slides, splash pad, giant chess, basketball, pickle ball, ping pong, fitness center, and snack shack. Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There are 3 children's playground areas as well.
