There is a bathroom complete with a shower over bath, basin and WC and a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen with a dining area and two sitting rooms. Step outside to find private parking for four cars and a large garden with seating and BBQ. Large garden and patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only and not in bedrooms (please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Barmouth with all amenities 2 miles. Beach 15 mins walk. NOTE: A £250 security deposit will be pre-authorised on your card when payment is made. This will be released in full after a post departure inspection (usually within 5 working days).
