The apartment with partial lake view is in a quiet area and only 400 meters from the center (there is a descent) and from the beach with private parking and wifi.
The center of Desenzano offers numerous shops of all kinds, local bars, restaurants and meeting places.
The apartment is composed as follows: ground floor living room with small kitchen bathroom with washing machine and double sofa bed; on the first floor there is a bedroom with bunk bed and bathroom with shower and on the second floor double bedroom with lake view.
The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, tablecloths, TV, hairdryer, toast bread, internet wi fi, washing machine, iron, oven, dishes, pots etc ... At about 500 meters you can use the private swimming pool and tennis court in Via San Benedetto 195. (Air conditioning in the room for a fee)
