It consists of a modern living room with sofa bed of 1.35 * 1.90 metres and a nice dining area, a kitchen open to the living room with everything you need to cook, a bedroom with double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 cm and built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom. In addition, it has a nice balcony equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the views of the Plaza de la Magdalena.

And the best of all is that, in addition to the comfort offered by the apartment, it is one street away from the shopping area, and surrounded by many tapas bars and restaurants where our guests can enjoy the best of the Sevillian gastronomy, and a few minutes walking to the main tourist attractions of the city like the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Royal Alcázares.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
