This charming apartment is located at the beginnin of the Alhambra’s wall, and it’s the perfect place to spend a few days enjoying typical granadian patios, an outdoor pool, and luxury amenities.
The whole Carmen is an old construction, with more than 150 years of history, which has just been totally rehabilitated. It’s located in the historic district of Realejo, known for beeing very quiet, the variaty of tapas bars you’ll find, and just 15 minutes walking from the Alhambra and the city center, with public transport nearby.
This plant of Carmen, totally independent, has entrance by the street Mirador de las Vistillas. It has capacity for 6 people, and consists of living room with smart TV, dining room, kitchen equipped with all you might need during your stay, 2 double rooms with bathroom en suite, one of them with double bed of 180x200 cm, and two with double beds of 100x200 cm, magnificent private terrace, private garage included for 1 car with eletrical charger (type 2), and public parking 2 minutes away. The whole apartment has been furnished and prepared with first class qualities and with a careful decoration, aiming to achieve the maximum comfort for our guests.
In addition to a first class indoor facilities, it has a large outdoor area, shared with the Carmen San Ignacio I apartment, where you will find a wonderful Andalusian patio with dinning areas, and a great pool with sunbathing area.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
