Located inside the ancient Palazzo Molin, which belonged to the noble Molin family, this splendid apartment will give you the thrill of staying in the heart of Venice. The wonder of this property comes from its large sliding glass window facing the canal of Venice accessible only to gondolas and small boats. The sleeping area is cleverly divided by a bookcase that creates, at the end of the room, the environment of rest and quiet. Near the windows, which face the canal, it is a perfect spot for reading and meditating: Venice is not only to be experienced, it is also to be enjoyed and reimagined, immersed in a book describing its wonders. Although the desire will be to spend most of your stay in this wonderful place of rest and relaxation, do not forget that you are in the most beautiful city in the world!

Apartment very well located and well equipped. Attention, not suitable for young children (window door directly overlooking a canal without guard). Lack of explanations for the precise address (difficult to find without the GPS coordinates that were given to us when we were already on the wrong route) and the content of equipment and basic stock available.Very comfortable bedding, spacious apartment.
As first time travelers to Italy, I was nervous about going to Venice as our first stop but this property was great - close walk from the train station & was very close to good restaurants/cafes. You can easily explore all the major spots by foot. Being on the canal was amazing as well!
Our first time to Venice was made complete by our lovely stay at Ca’Molin. Beautifully clean apartment with updated furnishings and a dishwasher and washing machine. Loved watching the gondolas go by (and wiggle their way under the nearby bridge!). Amazing stay. I’d love to stay here again.
Great apartment with all necessary amenities. Located just off the beaten path away from all of the crowds so it was quiet at night. Got to see areas of Venice that we probably would have missed otherwise. Would stay there again.
My 19 year old son and I spent one night in Venice. Communication with management was great. Instructions on how to find the property were flawless. Property was clean, ac worked great. Wifi was patchy but okay. So nice to have a washer and dishwasher in the unit. Spacious and well appointed. Restaurants nearby and we walked everywhere. We would recommend and stay again. Thank you!!
I absolutely loved this apartment. It’s an excellent and quiet location that is very near to many restaurants and cafe’s that are not over crowded with tourists. This was completely perfect for us. The apartment is on the canal and there are large windows you can open and see gondolas/boats go by. This was a huge and fun perk for us. If you look down the canal in which the apartment is situated on you can see the grand canal. The grand canal is far enough that the apartment is not loud and the canal the apartment is on is frequented only occassionally. It’s fun to see but does not feel busy. We loved this apartment and would stay here again if we come to Venice in the future. Highly recommend.
The host is lovely and shares a lot of information with their guests - restaurant suggestions and info for finding and entering building.
Thank you!
Excellent location for a ground level apartment that had what we needed. Elise was friendly and went out of her way to walk us in, when we were tired from the last leg of the walk from the Vaperetto stop. The additional 35 Euros for a 18:30 check-in seemed at bit much, but it wasn't her making the policy., we understand. There was also a "city tax" charge of 40 E that wasn't in the on- line list of fees as far as we know. We appreciated being able to wash a few travel clothes in the washer and having a drying rack. It was near a gondola pick up location, so gondolas actually did go by the french doors in the kitchen. It was fun to smile and wave. Overall the apartment had the necessities. In order to be a 5 star for us lightbulbs need to be replaced, the couch needs a new, better fitting slip cover, and the moisture issue in the bathroom needs attention.
The location was great and apartment was roomy for two and beautiful. We had a difficult time finding it when we first arrived, so it would’ve been nice to have some more instruction on how to find the place.
Terrific quiet crowd-less spot and area relative to the rest of the city. Everything needed is an easy walk. Learning how to do the trash is a bit of a challenge but fun since we met fun people doing it. We’d go again in a minute. And we feel we know some gondoliers on site!
The property was beautiful! Right on a little canal. Gondolas cruise by all day. Elisa, our greeter, was wonderful. She had many recommendations for dinner, gelato, grocery stores, appertifs and sights to visit. She also had a detailed map and highlighted all of the above. The location was wonderful, just steps from the Grand Canal and close to the main drag. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again when we come back to Venice!
Enzo was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with a map of the island when we checked in and told us where we could find different things on the island. Our only problem was when a fuse blew and we didn't know where the main breaker box was.
Our family of four spent two nights at this apartment and the location was perfect! An easy walk from the train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. There are gondaliers near the apartment, if you ride with them the route will take you right by the apartment:-) Carlotta was wonderful for check in and gave us great dinner reservations. We would stay here again!
Ideal location provides easy access to transportation, restaurants and shopping. Staff very helpful with great checkin briefing. Apartment has everything you need for a quiet and enjoyable stay--including, of course, the gondolas flouting right past your window/door.
We were in Venice for three days and this place was amazing for us and our daughter! The location and the apartment were awesome and the manager took care of us and answered all of our questions! Such as great area and off the tourist pathways, but plenty of shops and great restaurants minutes away. We traveled around town by foot and waterbus and everything was close to the apartment. We also took a waterbus to Murano and had some many options because this location is close to several waterbus stops. We arrived by train from Rome and the walk to the location with all of our luggage was easy and scenic! We left on a water bus to the airport and the walk from this place to the waterbus location was easy with all of our luggage in tow. If we return as a family again we will be sure to stay here!
Property was difficult to locate with the directions provided. But we persevered and kept asking many helpful locals. And we did find the place. We waited on the church steps for our contact Carlotta who was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good info. The apartment was described properly on the website. And was comfortable and close to good restaurants and many stores and supermarkets.
Although Venice is a spectacular place the crowds have gotten to the point of ruining the experience. We are glad to have visited this treasure several times but we will not return.

Lovely apartment, with the music of gondolas
What a marvelous place to stay, and such a relief to have such great instructions from Carlotta and Maura! This was our first stop in Italy, and the directions from the airport were very detailed, which was such a relief. Then Carlotta made us feel so very welcome and gave us some great suggestions. But the apartment itself, just lovely! It was situated on a quiet little side canal, which was magical once the gondoliers began going past the window (at head height!), giving us the wonderful feeling that we were a part of the ride almost.....and if they were singing, heavenly! The apartment is tastefully decorated, the chandeliers adding a lovely Old World touch up against the beautiful old, Venetian ceiling. We saw (larger) chandeliers in Rome in the Capitolene museum (converted palace) that were the same style/glass. Reminded both my husband and I right away of the ones we woke up to here in Venice. The kitchen had the only microwave we saw in Italy, so if that is something you like, very useful. All appliances brand new, everything worked well, just sorry it was our first stop and I didn't need the washing machine yet. Wifi worked very well. The building we were in is very quiet, courtyard you walk into quieter yet. You can see a small bridge from your windows. Great grocery stores fairly close to apt which was very useful for us, as I cooked many meals here. Draperies keep very dark which was nice as we had jet lag a bit first morning. But then the gondoliers began singing and well......

Wonderful Rome
This was our first time traveling to Europe and Bruno made our visit very pleasant. The first night in Rome we had to stay at a hotel because the apartment was booked for that night. When we checked out of our hotel, Bruno said he would pick us up and take us to the apartment. He was very pleasant and would not accept any money for the transfer and he even had a bottle of wine at the apartment for us. The apartment is in a great location and was above our expectations. My wife and I are planning a trip to Italy again next year and we would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Charming in Venice!
Great location and very charming apartment in Venice. Perfect for our family of 4. We weren’t sure how we would feel about the gondolas going by, but we wound up loving hear them sing as they went right by our windows. We were given lots of great recommendations, a map and directions upon check in. Very helpful!! Wish we would have had more time in Venice.

Lovely area of Venice
There was an issue with the boiler before we arrived, so we were moved to another property nearby. Both places were quite nice!
