FABULOUS!

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our host was more than accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is extremely quiet for a good nights rest.

A Charming Home Away From Home

We have stayed at this charming home many times in the past. Sometimes just the two of us, sometimes with extended family. We love it. The home is nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with easy access to stores. The layout is very flexible and the house has everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay - a home away from home. The owner is very friendly and always available if you should have questions. We will look forward to coming back again!

3 months working in LaVista , staying here was a blessing, it was close to job site, food , and tap rooms . Short drive to zoo and Top Golf. Thoroughly enjoyed this property.

Perfect Getaway

The house is very nice and served our purpose well. It has a lot of very large trees that provide plenty of shade. The owner was frequently in touch to see if we had all that we needed and when we requested a couple of items, she promptly provided them. We would love to stay here again.

It was a pleasure staying here. I was in town for work for two months and this was perfect.

Had a great time staying here while i was in town. Very convenient location. The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. For my first VRBO experience, i dont think it could have gone better! I am very grateful to my hostess for a lovely stay.

Second Visit Just As Nice As the First!

This was our second stay at the property and it continues to be a most comfortable home away from home! Tidy, convenient, charming, and situated in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, we almost feel like locals! The house is amazingly clean and the owner is always available to make you feel welcome. We plan to make this a regular place to stay!

Charming Little House in a Pleasant, Quiet Neighborhood!

Charming little house in a pleasant, quiet, neighborhood! The house is well-equipped, well-organized, and immaculately clean. The owner is very caring and responsive. Families would appreciate the securely fenced back yard and easy proximity to parks with playground equipment, and even a nice neighborhood pool during the summer months. The house has 3 good-sized bedrooms on the main floor (one with a double bed, two with queens) that share a bathroom. There is another bathroom downstairs near the laundry area. The main floor also has a kitchen with a table that seats 4 (comfortably ) - 6 (cozily), and a living room. There’s also a family room downstairs with another TV and a fireplace. Bring slippers – the house has light-colored carpets, so shoes off inside. We also enjoyed the raised deck overlooking the backyard and straight off the kitchen for having morning tea and listening to the birds! Overall, we found this house to be a comfortable home away from home during our visit and we plan on staying here again.

Charming home in established neighborhood. Our hostess was obliging and gracious.

We were welcomed by the owner and given a tour of the home. Asked for a couple items and the owner promptly brought them to us. Home is very clean with wonderful big trees and many squirrels and bunnies.

Grew up in Southwest Iowa on a farm with my parents along with 4 brothers and 8 sisters. Since I did not marry a farmer...I moved to Omaha Nebraska, the closest big city for more schooling and jobs. I enjoy the walking, bike riding, swimming, gardening, out with to keep me a happy person. I enjoy the arts and traveling.
I volunteer through Kiwanis to assist the Franklin Elementary First Graders practice reading.
I also volunteer with Feline Friends to rescue/neuter kitties/cats.
I created & distribute even today a Neighborhood Quarterly Newsletter for Oak Heights for 30+ years all on my dollar.
In 1980 I received my Real Estate Brokers license. Real Estate Sales has been my livelihood. Today I continue to be Quite Active in the business.
Invested in this home in 1983. Lived there for 26 years before allowing others to enjoy this wonderful home in a wonderful neighborhood.

This home is my Baby! Living and taking good care of this home for 26 years........I trust any of my house quests will also treat the home with respect. One can relax on the deck overlooking a fenced back yard. It is located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance of a neighborhood park with swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, softball field and childrens playground. This park borders the Johnny Goodman Golf Course which is a five minute drive to get to the golf club house. Shopping, I -80 is just minutes away.
