The cottage is on two levels. The ground floor consists of a single room with living room-kitchenette and two beds, with a partition dividing the two areas, and a small bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
On request it is possible to add a 5th bed (folding cot) free of charge.
Large porch for staying and eating meals outside. Outdoor shower ideal for when returning from the beach. Terrace with panoramic views. Mosquito nets on all fixtures. 32'' satellite TV-SAT.
Each cottage has No. 1 parking space available on the residence's driveway, delimited by automatic gates. Pedestrian access with secret code reserved exclusively for guests.
