Neo-Breton house with sea view. It includes 2 bedrooms, 3 beds + 1 former artist's studio. 5 minutes from the port of Pointe de Térénez and the nautical center. Welcome to this warm house located in Trégor. It will give you the benefit of a 600m2 enclosed garden overlooking a field of cows plunging into Morlaix bay.
Large living room with fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and the living room has a fireplace, a wood stove and a bar.
Three bikes are available and life jackets, you will find new bedding as well as new household appliances (gas stove-piano, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi etc ...).
You can follow a path that will lead you along the cliffs. The coastal path will take you to Dibben or even to St Jean du Doigt, offering magnificent stages in picturesque towns. You can admire the sunsets and the light beams from the Baltz Island lighthouse or the Lands lighthouse.
