About this property

Country and beach, the best of both worlds.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, STUDIO/ 1 bathroom apartment with internet. The bedroom area has wardrobe, a double-sized antique iron bed and night-tables, while the modern sofa-bed in the living-room area is larger. Both sleep a total of 4 people. The living room area is also furnished with a coffee table, and TV stand with a large 45" TV with channels from all over the world. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee-machine, toaster, micro-wave and sitting for 4 people.
Guests can enjoy an afternoon of sun bathing in the patio - with BBQ and table with umbrella - or on the beach located a few kilometers and watch the sun setting over the mountain from the garden.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as sightseeing, visiting monuments, shopping, etc.. Two of the monuments - in nearby Alcobaça and Batalha - are world heritage site towns, as well as the Roman ruins in Parreitas.
Half an hour away is located the historical city of Caldas da Rainha, famous for its historical hospital, woods, park, church, and traditional ceramics, but with a large shopping centre and other modern amenities.

What a tranquil and neat little place! We loved it! Someone mentioned a train going by. That train has three carts and passes by within 2 seconds. It starts around 7am, about every hours, and ends at 9pm, so not a bother at all. The host was very responsive and helpful, so was the neighbor who takes care of the place. We had a nice week with lots of trips within the area of Nazare. We highly recommend this place for a couple. Thanks Ilda and Isabel. :-)

Tolles Haus und perfekte Lage!

Schönes und sauberes Haus in der gute Lage, zwischen Nazare und Sao Martinho do Porto. Viele schöne Strände kann man mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Im Dorf ( zu Fuß in 5 Minuten ) gibt es kleinen Laden, wo man fast alles kaufen kann oder in der Nähe ( Nazare ) Markt und verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist für kleine Familie groß genug, gut ausgestattet, draußen eine Terrasse mit kleinen Gasgrill. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für die Gäste da, wenn man Sie braucht. Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen!!! Vielen Dank Ilda!

Un appartement bien situé entre Nazare et Sao Martinho , dans la tranquillité. J'ai était avec ma famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants et on a passé un très bon séjour. Très bien reçu par les propriétaires que nous avons proposé toute qu'ils pouvaient faire pour nous. Merci.

Una casita muy cómoda en un lugar envidiable

Un apartamento muy cómodo para una familia de cuatro personas. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Ubicado en un lugar estratégico para llegar a cualquier playa de la zona en pocos minutos. También está muy cerca del pueblo de Nazaré, de Alcobaca y de Sao Martinho de Porto. Los dueños son muy amables y están pendientes de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Ha sido una estancia perfecta.

Great stay

It is a great quiet place, without the noise of crowds but a short drive from beaches and tourist and cultural sites. Sometimes a train passes close by but it's not a bother at all. Owner Ilda's kindness and friendliness made us feel at home. A cozy place highly recommended

Great stay

The apartment is very clean and has everything you might need. Internet was not going well at first, but since we needed it for work, Isabel contacted the company and solved it for us quickly. The place is very quiet, sometimes a train passes close by but it is not too much of a nuisance. Excelent place to stay

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréable. La maison est d une propreté impeccable. Situé dans un endroit tranquille à peine à 10 minutes de la plage en voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et toujours la en cas de problème.

Genial para unos días en Nazaré

Si bien es cierto que no está en el pueblo de Nazaré, está muy cerca. Es una casita muy bonita, en un sitio bastante tranquilo y cerca de muchas playas. Nos ha gustado mucho! Y la atención de Ilda muy buena.

A propriedade é agradável e o espaço envolvente satisfatório. Ficou aquém das expectativas em algumas situações, pois fica localizada ao lado da linha de comboio (o que não percebi no anúncio) e tivemos dificuldades com a internet...com crianças foi mais complicado conciliar.

La estancia en el apartamento de Ilda nos ha parecido estupenda. El apartamento está en un lugar muy tranquilo donde poder realizar paseos por el campo con maravillosas vistas y muy cerca también de playas fantásticas. La casa es súper limpia, agradable y bien equipada y sus vecinos amables y serviciales. No dudaremos en volver. Yo me olvidé mi secador de pelo, y la Sra Ida se ofreció en enviármelo por correo, lo cual no todos los propietarios están dispuestos a hacer.. es muy amable!! Gracias de nuevo 💕

Très agréable location

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Famalicao bien accueillis par Isabel et Ilda et AL(par téléphone en leur absence). Nous les remercions pour leurs conseils pour bien profiter de la région riche en découvertes .Le spacieux et très propre studio est très bien situé pour cela,tout en étant au calme. Il est également bien équipé et confortable et la terrasse est très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

On a vraiment était agréablement surpris, car le studio parrai beaucoup plus petit sur les photos, la propreté est irréprochable on s'y sentais très bien, je tiens à remercier Ilda et al qui nous on vraiment mais alors vraiment très bien accueilli ce sont des personnes formidable, souriant et très sympathique,et on s'est senti comme chez nous, il y vraiment tout ce que l'on a besoin, on ne manque de rien . nous avons passé des vacances inoubliable nous espérons revenir pour nos prochaines vacances. Je conseil fortement cette location. Vous ne serez pas déçu.

Spacious cottage in Rural location

Fantastic experience in an ultra clean, quiet area, close to beautiful beaches and not far by road to major centers. Could not have asked for better value for money. Ilda was a fantastic host , going out of her way to give us an unforgettable experience.

dans un village à 5 kms de nazaré , nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec des lieux attrayants comme nazaré st martinho do porto Batalha etc et une maison confortable et un endroit calme et reposant . L' acceuil était très bien et je recommande cet endroit.

We are a brother and sister TEAM, co-owners of a farm inherited from our parents and grandparents. We live in Canada and we use the property for vacation purposes during the summer. We decided to upgrade this Annex (an old wine-cellar), and make it available to guests.
