This charming cabin-style condo has high ceilings and plenty of room for up to six guests. In the summer, you’ll have access to a tennis court, shared gas grill, and pool. You can pamper yourself with the shared hot tub and sauna year-round.

This is a great location in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. There’s a grocery store nearby, and the dwelling is near a shuttle stop, so you won’t have to drive everywhere.

The bright living room features high ceilings and large windows that give the open kitchen/dining/living area a spacious feel. The living room wall unit houses a flatscreen TV as well as a DVD, VCR, and CD player that you can enjoy while relaxing on the leather sofa and chair. The rustic wooden décor includes a rocking chair in the corner, and the loft above overlooks the space. Take a moment to kick back and relax by the warmth of the fireplace.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space and includes a microwave and dishwasher. The raised breakfast bar has three stools, and the wooden dining table next to it seats six.

A downstairs bathroom and the master bedroom with king bed and flatscreen TV are off the entryway, and the upstairs loft has a queen bed and another bathroom. The living room includes a sleeper sofa. Additional amenities at the property include a private washer and dryer and a deck with a small barbecue grill. Outdoor parking is available for two vehicles, and a grassy courtyard sits just outside with the woods behind it.

This condo is on the second floor and is accessed by a flight of outdoor stairs. After you have your fill of skiing and snowboarding, check out nearby Hot Creek, a natural boiling spring with an adjacent fish hatchery. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
