A new owner has made this well cared for condo just a little bit better by putting a fresh coat of paint throughout the home, new carpeting in the upstairs and purchasing new beds and bedding to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. As you enter the condo, you will notice a spacious great room with hardware flooring, a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. A spacious kitchen is next to the great room with enough room to prepare family meals or hang out if you are entertaining!. The sun filled dining room opens up to a bay view deck which is perfect for relaxing with your favorite book or enjoy a drink and watch the sunset! The second floor has 3 nice sized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a hall bath and the master bedroom has its own bathroom with a sun deck! Each guest is assigned 2 parking spots so you can just park your car and walk to restaurants, shopping and your favorite watering holes! This condo is ready for your enjoyment! Cheers!

Prime Location

Loved this well appointed 2 story condo for our family vacation in Avalon. Location was key. Ample living space and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book here again!!

Perfect condo in the heart of Avalon

Our family stayed here for 3 weeks. The condo was bright, cozy, and located in the heart of Avalon. Ashley was an exceptional host and readily available to answer any questions. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Its central location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, and boutiques. The photos on VRBO accurately reflect the condition of the condo. We will be back!

Perfect

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Unit has everything you could possibly need and is beautifully decorated and location to town can’t be beat. Host is helpful and more than accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

We had so much fun and this beautiful condo. The location was amazing and the condo was stocked with many, many amenities making the stay very comfortable. Check-in was easy and Ashley was very responsive during our visit. We will come back to stay again!

We had a great weeklong stay. The rental was even better than in the pictures- the owners did a great job decorating! It was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of space for our family of four. Well appointed with extras. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Great Condo/Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and very spacious and the location is fantastic. We barely used our car and could walk to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and shops. Ashley was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. Will definitely return for another visit in the future.

Wonderful family trip!

We had a great trip with our family (my husband and I and our two kids ages 5 and 3). The property was perfect for us - walking distance to restaurants and ice cream, short walk to the beach and overall had all the conveniences we needed as a fam of 4. Great Getaway

We have been coming for father day fo last couple of years. Great two level condo with plenty of space for myself of my four adult boy children. Great location and a more sort of urban setting in Avalon if you want to call it that and near to all the fun things that town has to offer. Property owner manager is wonderful and the apartment is all updated and extremely comfortable and well equipped. I don’t want to sell it too much because we want to be able to come back next year lol. You can’t go wrong with this set up except if you’re old and can’t handle walking up a lot of stairs. 😂

Relaxing Weekend

The condo is beautifully renovated with an extra spacious kitchen/dining/living space. An immediate and very pleasing beach vibe is felt throughout the house. Great views and easy access to bars restaurants and shops. Location can be loud on weekends. Great stay!

Beautiful space close to the beach and great places to eat!

The condo was meticulously kept, very stylishly decorated and in a great location packed with many places to eat and drink with friends or family. Ashley, the host, was prompt with replies, helpful in regards to suggesting places to visit while in the area and very accommodating to our small group. The beds are SUPER COMFORTABLE! Already planning to rent this next summer!

BEAUTIFUL and great location!

This property was absolutely perfect and beautiful. The main living area with the kitchen/dining/living room was amazing because it was one big open space which I loved. We stayed here because we were down for a wedding in October and it was the perfect space for us. I actually wish we had more time to spend at the house because it was so nice but we were busy with the wedding festivities. But for us, it was the perfect location because it was so close to the church, the rehearsal dinner and the after party for the wedding (at the Princeton, which was right down the street!) We could walk everywhere. Ashley was a great host, very easy to get in contact with! Oh and the beds were SO comfortable!!!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Ashley‘s condo. This was our second time there. It is in the perfect location only a few short blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops. It’s very spacious and completely newly renovated and gorgeous! Will definitely stay again!

Great Condo for the Price

Ashley answered any questions that I had immediately by text. Neat and clean, updated. Full kitchen that had all the necessities. Great location. Bakery/coffee on first floor (limited hours). Coffee, take out breakfast/lunch, ice cream and other restaurants, entertainment, shops all in walking distance. Would have liked to have a brief print out on house rules, favorite local restaurants. Ample parking! Beach chairs are available to use. Trash and recycling receptacles. Must bring/rent sheets and towels FYI. Would rent again in the future!!
