MANSION SES OLIVERES is one of the finest properties in the Levante area close to Cala d'Or and Portocolom. This unique property is set in17.000 sqm grounds with views towards Almond and Olive groves to the Mediterranean sea. A peaceful location with total privacy. Available all year.

ACCOMMODATION : All bedrooms ( 20-25 m2 ) have French doors opening to amazing views with small French Balconies or furnished terraces. Air conditioning, central heating, built-in wardrobes and their own shower/bath room.

GROUND-FLOOR : There is a beautiful lobby with beamed ceiling leading into the spacious living- and dining room with 3 m dining table, Satellite TV/DVD/CD with I-Pod connection and Playstation and sofas around the fireplace. Modern and well equipped land kitchen with two large fridge/freezer and marble worktop with twin stainless steel sink unit and doorways to the terraces. The utility room has washing machine, dryer and an iron board.
All the bedrooms are furnished with chairs and table.
BEDROOM ONE: Twin beds and doors to side terrace with dining table and wet-in shower room ensuite with facility for wheelchair with an 0.84 cm wide door and an open shower - please contact the owner before booking.
BEDROOM TWO: Twin beds and fitted wardrobes and adjacent shower room. French doors with access to the garden terrace.

UPSTAIRS: The staircase is leading up to the gallery landing.
BEDROOM THREE: Twin beds and fitted wardrobes with a bathroom ensuite and French-doors opening to breath-taking views.
BEDROOM FOUR: Twin beds with an opposite shower room and access to the furnished terrace with sofas.
BEDROOM FIVE: Twin beds with an opposite bathroom and a small personal balcony.
BEDROOM SIX: King Size bed with and fitted wardrobes and bath/shower room with twin hand basin ensuite and a covered terrace with views towards the pool, garden and sea.

BED SIZES : 180 x 200 cm or 90 x 200 cm to join after wish, toppers and double pillows.
SLEEPS : 6 bedrooms for 12 persons and 14 with extra beds or cots for children, as we do arrange delivery of extra fold-out beds or cots for children (max. 2).

The children's pool is 2.5x2.5m. and the depth is 0.45m. and there is an outdoor hot shower and Table Tennis.

Wir sind gerade von unserem Aufenthalt im Mansion Ses Oliveres in S'Horta auf Mallorca zurückgekehrt und könnten nicht begeisterter sein. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ohne Zweifel das beste, in dem wir jemals Urlaub gemacht haben.Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, waren wir überwältigt von der hochwertigen Ausstattung und der unglaublichen Liebe zum Detail, die sich in jedem Winkel des Hauses widerspiegelt. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, und man spürt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und ein stilvolles Ambiente gelegt wurde.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die perfekte Ausstattung der Küche. Egal ob ambitionierter Hobbykoch oder einfacher Urlauber – hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und das Kochen war eine wahre Freude.Ein weiteres absolutes Highlight war Lone, unsere Gastgeberin. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und stand uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Tolle Unterkunft!
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Villa hält alles, was sie verspricht und der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war jederzeit sehr angenehm. Es wurde auf Wünsche eingegangen und wir können einen Aufenthalt dort bedingungslos empfehlen.

This property is amazing. Very good beds and pillows and the sheets and towels were new. Perfect location, peaceful and clean. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning and walked to the village for dinner. Excellent service from Lone, the owner and her team. We will soon be back.

Wundervolle Villa
Wir waren Anfang Oktober mit zwei Familien in dieser Villa und haben eine wundervolle Woche verlebt. Die Villa liegt abgeschieden am Ende einer Privatstraße mit großem Grundstück, so dass wir von Niemandem gestört wurden. Trotzdem ist der Weg zum Meer (ca 15 Min Fahrt) oder zu den nächsten Geschäften (ca. 15 Min Fahrt) nicht weit. Einige Restaurants sind sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche und die Außenküche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass es uns an Nichts gefehlt hat und auch kleinere Beschwerden (warme Decken für Nachts) wurden noch am selben Tag beseitigt. Einziges Manko war der doch schon ziemlich kalte Pool, den die Kinder nur mit Nioprenanzügen genießen konnten. Wir hatten nicht damit gerechnet, dass die Nächte im Oktober bereits so kalt sind, dass sich der Pool so schnell abkühlt. Vielleicht hatten wir auch nur Pech mit dem Wetter. Insgesamt war es aber eine ausgesprochen tolle Woche und die Villa auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne wert!

Guldbryllupsfejring for os selv, vores børn, svigerdøtre og børnebørn. Vi havde et dejligt ophold.
Boligen er perfekt til storfamilien, børnebørnene tilbragte mange timer i og ved poolen, vi spiste alle måltider ude under halvtaget. Vi nød også den korte afstand til de mange smukke strande og tog på et par udflugter i baglandet.

Ein idyllischer Ort mit traumhaften Meerblick. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet für 12 Personen, man kann wunderbar kochen, zusammen essen und genießen. Der Kamin funktioniert sehr gut, das Haus ist ausreichend warm im Winter, die Betten sind ein Traum. Der Support war außerordentlich gut, großartig Lone Soerensen von Villas2 rentMallorca! Immer erreichbar und eine defekte Spülmaschine wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Das Objekt ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Superbement bien équipée, cette propriété située au milieu des champs vous séduira par son charme .La piscine est magnifique, entretenue régulièrement avec une vue sur la mer. Prachtige villa op een mooie lokatie
Wij zijn met 14 man in oktober een week in de villa geweest en hebben hier een zeer geslaagde tijd gehad. Het huis komt overeen met de foto's, is stijlvol en compleet ingericht. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en het huis was goed toegankelijk voor iemand in een rolstoel. de ligging van het huis is prima, het ligt in een klein dorpje en het centrum van cala dór is op 7 minuten rijden met de auto. Er zijn diverse strandjes binnen 10minuten rijden. Kortom een prachtige villa centraal gelegen in Mallorca.
