The house is in a strategic geographical situation: near the city and the beaches of the Costa Brava, and just at the foot and around the Gavarras. It is a town that belongs to the Gironès and borders the Baix Empordà with which it shares its landscape and its traditions. The house is familiar, cozy, and has heating in all rooms, fireplace in the living room in winter, air conditioning and all the necessary services of modern life. It is a little isolated from the town about 500m surrounded by pine trees and holm oaks and large outdoor spaces which invites relaxation and tranquility.

Preciosa masía
Masía muy bonita, acondicionada solo en la planta superior, con salón, cocina y habitaciones cómodas. El lugar es precioso, cerca del pueblo pero en pleno campo, perfecto para unos días de tranquilidad absoluta. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, aunque, a pesar de que en la página pone que tiene wi-fi, no la tiene, y tampoco hay buena cobertura, por lo que es complicado conectarse desde allí, si es necesario. Aunque también está bien desconectar por completo unos días!

Tolles Haus!
Abseits vom Trubel, schöne Gegend, tolles Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Wir waren zu sechst da und jeder hat sein Plätzchen gefunden. Die Terrasse ist ganztägig wunderbar. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La maison est très grande et très belle La terasse et la pergola sont parfaites pour 6 personnes Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire au sejour Le terrain est très grand, avec de belles surfaces ombragées C'est calme, mais proches des commodités Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances, Imma , notre hôte, nous a attendu malgré notre arrivée tardive et nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et dans un excellent français, encore merci 🙂

Autentisches, liebevoll renoviertes Bauernhaus im Nirgendwo
Sehr freundliche Hausübergabe durch die Besitzerin. Das Haus liegt ca. 500 m vor der mittelalterlichen Ortschaft Madremanya in völliger Ruhe am Fuß der Hügelketten und Wälder. Biblische Ruhe, schöne Wanderwege in der Umgebung. Ca. 30 Minuten entfernt befindet sich das Mittelmeer mit traumhaften Küstenwanderwegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit noch einmal wieder.

En general bueno por la zona, pequeñas dificultades al estar en planta alta pero muy bueno por el trato de la dueña y la amplitud del terreno, una pequeña piscina mejoraría mucho para el verano.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem fantastischen Haus
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ziemlich abgelegen in der Nähe des kleinen Örtchens Madremanya. Für uns genau das Richtige. Unsere Hunde konnten frei herumlaufen und die Kinder ohne Sorge die Gegend erkunden. Imma ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite wenn man eine Frage hat. Man sollte auf alle Fälle mit dem Auto anreisen und Mobil sein. Bis zu den verschiedenen Stränden sind es ca. 30min. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in etwa 15min erreichbar. Das Haus lässt sich mit der Klimatisierung auch bei Außentemperaturen von 38 Grad schön kühl halten und die Hunde lieben den kalten Boden im Erdgeschoss. Generell gib es im Haus alles was man braucht und man kommt gut mit der Ausstattung zurecht. Internet gibt es im Haus nicht und der Handyempfang ist eher schlecht, muss man wissen sollte man vorhaben von dort mobil zu arbeiten ;) Alles in allem Topp und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Estupendo
Todo perfecto. La casa es muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario. En la cocina hay de todo. Las camas son muy cómodas. Muy cerca del pueblo, se va caminando. Hay diferentes rutas para andar. La propietaria Inma es muy agradable y muy cercana. Repetiremos!!!!

Paraje de ensueño
Quiero compartir con aquellos que, como mi compañera y yo, sean amantes del turismo rural, la agradable experiencia que hemos vivido el pasado fin de semana del Pilar en Can Vilà de Madremanya. Madremanya es un pueblecito medieval construido íntegramente en piedra ubicado en un entorno idílico al pie del macizo de las Gavarres i Can Vila está situado a unos 500 metros del mismo al lado de un pequeño bosque, en una planicie desde la que en el horizonte se divisa el mar. Se trata de una masía catalana de mediados del siglo XVII restaurada con un gusto exquisito, a la que no falta ningún detalle y que, por otra parte dispone de todas las comodidades propias de nuestro tiempo: calefacción, aire acondicionado, etc, etc. Esta cerca de muchos lugares interesantes de visitar como el monasterio dels Angels, Monells, Girona, las playas, en fin, la oferta no se acaba. Hemos disfrutado hasta el ultimo minuto de nuestra estancia en la casa; os la recomiendo firmemente. Para acabar no puedo evitar hacer mención de la simpatía y amabilidad de la propietaria quien desde el primer momento se puso a nuestra disposición para todo aquello que pudiese hacer nuestra estancia más agradable.
