It is a VILLA-CHALET 5 minutes from Cuenca, a World Heritage City.
The Villa is totally independent within a plot of 1.200 m2 with garden of 400 m2 and space for outdoor games, with the privacy that this provides to the guests. It has two porches, one of them 50 m2 wood with barbecue and traditional wood oven.
The house is distributed in three heights. On the ground floor and with access to the outside porch and the garden is the living-dining room-kitchen of 45 m2 and a toilet, heated room with pellet stove; adjoining it is the garage, as a passage area, which also serves as a playground.
The heating of the rest of the house is underfloor heating, with the comfort and pleasant atmosphere that it provides.
The rest of the villa is distributed as follows: the mezzanine, with access to street level and a glazed terrace, has a living room with fireplace, hall, toilet and a double room with double bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor there are two double rooms with two beds of 90 cm, with a full bathroom in the hall. On the same floor there is another double room with bathroom with shower and terrace.
The amplitude of the rooms, allows them to put extra beds.
The plot has enough space for parking area. It does not have wifi connection.
