It is a house with a lot of history, heritage of Navarre completely renovated, very cozy and in a mountain environment.
It has an American pool.
It is located in a small rural town twenty minutes from Pamplona, five from Irurzun, forty-five from San Sebastian and Vitoria.
Very close we have the Alloz reservoir, the source of Arteta and an environment of small mountain villages with a lot of history and gastronomy.

Je me demande si je louerai à nouveau avec abritel

Propriétaire invisible avec des chiens qui hurlent toute la nuit sans parler des chats. de la musique jusqu’à 4 heure du matin une literie plus que médiocre deux salles de bain sont indiquées alors qu il n y en a qu une nous cherchons toujours la piscine américaine

Beautiful Location

We were a family of 8 who were vacationing in Pamplona during the San Fermin festival. Costs were high in the city due to the festival, so we stayed at this cottage, which is huge and provided plenty of space for everyone. Wonderful place, about 20 min from town. Totally relaxing vibe with plenty of room. The views were spectacular. We had friends from Spain visit and they thought it would be a great weekend getaway place. A great place for a great price that is close enough to the city, yet gives you a feel of small village life.

Great Home

This is an overall great home with great features (pool table, card room, back yard and grill) that is well maintained and clean. If you are looking for a scenic farm country house this is excellent. Our only downside is they home says 7 miles from Pamplona city centre but its good 30 minute drive.

Gracias Javier y Arantxa!!! Estuvimos genial, el entorno estupendo, la casa cómoda, limpia y mucho silencio que ya va bien para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Con un río estupendo a tan solo 5 minutos. Somos una pareja que siempre viajamos con Bruno, nuestro perro, no nos pusieron ninguna objeción ya que Bruno no es precisamente un perro de tamaño pequeño, en fin... no se que mas os puedo decir, solo recomendar vuestra casa al 100 x 100. Una casa que sorprende

La casa nos ha enamorado, preciosa, grande y espaciosa. El jardín nos ha hechizado, su barbacoa, el nogal, las vistas. Y la zona muy chula, buenos paseos por el monte y junto al río.

10 días de natulareza y relax

Alquilamos la casa de Javier y Arantxa con mi pareja y nuestros 2 perros durante 10 días, se juntaron otra pareja de amigas el último fin de semana. Ha sido muy fácil comunicarnos con los propietarios con el fin de concretar la reserva. La casa es muy amplia y tiene todo lo que uno espera de una casa rural con ventajas de una casa moderna. La zona es muy tranquila, lo que buscábamos y nuestros perros disfrutaron de tener a un jardín tan amplio y seguro para poder ir a su vola. Cada día hemos organizado una excursión por un monte, hay muchas opciones. Pamplona está a unos 15 minutos si os apetece un paseo por la ciudad y para comprar comida y vino. En Ururtzun hay un par de bares para tomar un cerveza despuès de un largo paseo. En fin recomendamos la casa Jaxo al 100% y esperamos volver lo antes posible. He intentado 4 veces subir fotos pero no hay manera , sale un mensaje de error cada vez.

Para repetir

Hemos estado 4 adultos y 4 niños este fin de semana y la estancia ha sido inmejorable. Es una casa enorme con las estancias amplísimas, cosa importante yendo con niños; combina estupendamente el ambiente rural que se espera de una casa de este tipo con las comodidades modernas, y además, todo muy nuevo, cuidado y limpio. Aunque ya empieza a hacer frío, no hay problema de temperatura porque la calefacción va como un tiro y no han escatimado en radiadores. Las camas gigantescas, 2 de las de matrimonio de 1,80, una pasada de cómodas. Nos ha sorprendido el hecho de que no falte absolutamente de nada, todas esas pequeñas cosas que a veces se echan en falta cuando te has olvidado de llevarlas. El pueblo es pequeñín por lo que los niños pueden andar libres y disfrutar un montón, el frontón está al ladito de la casa. En este punto quiero agradecer a Josefina, una vecina increíblemente amable, la paciencia que ha tenido con nuestros hijos dejándoles ver a sus gatitos, perros, ovejas, gallinas, conejos... y también mencionar el trato con Arantxa y su pareja, los propietarios, que nos han dado todas las facilidades del mundo para que nuestra estancia fuese la mejor. Un saludo para vosotros y suerte con el negocio porque lo tenéis todo genial.

UNA CASA ESTUPENDA

Hemos estado 5 días en jaxo etxea y hemos estado de maravilla. La casa es enorme, está muy limpia, los colchones (que son muy importantes) están fenomenal y se duerme de maravilla, tiene mucho menaje y tiene una zona exterior fenomenal que da mucho juego. Luego aparte tiene muchos detalles que te hacen la estancia más cómoda como el wifi, una Wii, juegos....etc Sin duda muy recomendable. Los propietarios javier y arantxa un encanto y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Así da gusto viajar, gracias por todo. Un saludo, gema
