The apartment is delightfully furnished and well equipped with a fitted kitchen containing 2 fridge/freezers, ceramic hob, smart oven with fan oven, grill and microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The lounge seats four comfortably and there is an extending dining table which will seat 4. There is a flat screen TV and CD/radio. The lounge leads out onto the balcony with table and chairs for 4 and has wonderful views to the sea and surrounding area.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, side tables and lamps, wardrobe area and mirrored vanity unit. There is also a ceiling fan for warm nights and air conditioning unit for summer heat. The windows are fitted with sliding mosquito nets.

The bathroom is fully tiled, has a large corner shower unit, vanity basin with illuminated cupboard above and WC.
The apartment has louvered aluminum shutters throughout. The windows all have sliding mosquito screens for your convenience.
