Seaside apartment with large terrace and spectacular views

Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a total capacity for 5 people. A living room with sofa bed for two people. All exterior overlooking the sea and with a nice soft sound waves to help you relax. All equipment in the house is new. Table and chairs for lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. Outdoor furniture to enjoy the wonderful views. Located in the pleasant town of Vilanova de Arousa, next to the marina, parks, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby and you can get them all walking, the wide beach of Sinas at 50 meters and two flag beaches blue a few minutes from there. 40 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and Vigo, 20 minutes from Sanxenxo, in face to the island of Arousa. It has a private garage and elevator. Call or write and we´ll answer any questions you have.

See the sea at your feet under your large terrace of 12 meters and each evening the spectacle of a different sunset in front of you. Comfortable, modern and bright apartment in a central location with the advantage that just leaving the building you will be at the beach. During low tide you can enjoy the little beach in front the building and during high tide you can swim just under your balcony as in an private pool. This apartment was completely refurbished in year 2012 and it´s the ideal place to pass your holidays living an agreable and peaceful seaside experience. The region it´s famous for the good white wines (AOC Rias Baixas) and a rich gastronomy seafood-based. You will have the posibility to do different very interesting sea routes, visit wineyards or practicing nautic sports or biking. The situation of the building allows you to enjoy the summer life of the village without suffering noise polution in your rest. If you have kids you can keep an eye on them from teh terrace of the apartment while they play or swim at the beach with complete tranquility.

Situation idéale. Vraiment les pieds dans l’eau. Appartement fonctionnel. Excellent accueil. De plus, Pepa parle français. Dommage que ce soit si loin de notre Bretagne !!!!!!

Das Appartement ist traumhaft gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer mit abendlichem Sonnenuntergang . Pepa ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin . Im Appartement hat es an nichts gefehlt , wenn es nicht so weit wäre , würden wir gerne öfters hierher fahren . Das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen , zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe und die Umgebung lohnt sich zu erkunden . Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub .

Nos ha encantado la casa. Está muy bien equipada (no le falta detalle). La terraza es increíble. Pepa nos recibió estupendamente y nos hizo muy buenas recomendaciones sobre la zona. Muy recomendable.

Hemos pasado 15 días estupendos. Lo mejor del apartamento sus impresionantes vistas,... El ruido del mar por las noches... Y sus atardeceres impresionantes desde el balcón. La decoración era tan cual aparece en las fotos, nos han encantado. Los dueños de la casa muy majos y atentos. Dispone de garaje abierto un poco descuidado en nuestra umilde opinión. La playa debajo de casa, incluso puedes ver mariscear a la gente del pueblo. Piso muy bien situado para hacer turismo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo encantados.

Very clean and comfortable, well-equipped, easy to live in. Lovely views over the estuary.
Pepa is a really lovely landlady - warm, funny and extremely helpful. Her apartment is bright, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped and there is allocated secure car parking in the building garage. Highly recommended.

Fantástico
Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos. El piso es tal y como se ve en las fotos y las vistas, sobre todo los atardeceres, incluso mejor. En primerísima línea. Además, está todo nuevo y muy limpio. No le falta nada. De lo mejor que hemos estado en alquiler de apartamentos, Hasta tiene plaza de parking. Un 10. Además el pueblo de Vilanova es muy majete, y el edificio se encuentra a nada del centro. Repetiremos seguro

Estuvimos en este apartameno por 2 semanas en agosto. Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso y todo del apartamento era como esta descripto en HomeAway! I highly recommend this apartment. It is large, spacious, sunny and clean,You can feel very much at home and comfortable in this flat. The property is a good value. It is centrally located . The apartment was clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. The owners, Pepa y Santiago were very helpful. Recomiendo altamente este apartamento. Es grande, amplio, soleado y limpio, se puede sentir mucho en casa y cómodo en este plano. La propiedad es un buen valor. Es céntrico. El apartamento estaba limpio, bien mantenido y amueblado con buen gusto. Los propietarios, Pepa y Santiago fueron muy amables en todo momento .
