This Lake Maggiore holiday rental is situated on the first floor of a beautiful lakeside villa in the Gulf of Brezzo di Bedero. Furnished in a modern and contemporary style to a high standard, the property is situated right on the lakeside and is an idyllic spot from which to enjoy a stay in this beautiful region of Italy.

This Lake Maggiore holiday rental enjoys its own independent entrance, accessed via a large private terrace. The terrace is surrounded on two sides by greenery ensuring privacy for guests. The other side is open to allow guests to make the most of the wonderful lake views.

Inside this Lake Maggiore holiday rental there is a master bedroom enjoying views of the lakeside. There is also an open plan living room with kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with hob, dishwasher, kettle and microwave. In addition there is a very large bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet and a separate dressing area with storage cabinets. A further room can either be used as a second bedroom with double sofa bed, or can be kept as a separate living area.

There is satellite TV and there are TVs in both the open plan living and dining area and in the second bedroom / living area. The property has free wifi internet access throughout.

Whilst it is only a few minutes drive to the nearest shops and restaurants, there aren't any pavements on the road leading to the nearest towns and villages and so a car is required.
