Summary:
Villa Volpe is a 9 bedroom Lucca villa. Situated near Lucca in Tuscany, it dates back to the 18th century when it originally served as a hunting lodge. Set within vineyards and olive groves, it is a stunning villa which has been completely restored and renovated whilst maintaining the charm and authenticity of the building.

The Space:
Inside, this Lucca villa has 9 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and all furnished in a typical Tuscan style with antique furnishings. The beds are modern and comfortable, whilst satellite TV is also provided in each room. All rooms also have individually controlled air conditioning units and mosquito screens.

On the ground floor of this Lucca villa, there are two living areas, complete with satellite TV, stereo system and WIFI internet access. Two computers are also provided for those looking to keep in touch online with friends and family during their stay. There are also two fully equipped kitchens, both with lounge areas and fireplaces. Also on this floor is a bedroom with ensuite shower room. This can be made into either a double or a twin room. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The remaining 8 bedrooms are on the first floor of this Lucca villa. Four can be made up as either double or twin rooms and have ensuite bathrooms with bath tubs. A fifth bedroom is a double bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom with bath tub, whilst the sixth bedroom is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. The last two bedrooms can again be made up as either twin or double rooms and share a bathroom with shower.

Outside, there are spacious gardens and a private pool to enjoy at this Lucca villa. The pool measures 12m x 6m and is surrounded by lawns. Deckchairs, sun loungers, tables and parasols are all provided. The gardens are immaculately kept and in the Spring and Summer months offer an abundance of flowers.

A large terrace seating up to 18 guests is furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco dining and always seems to attract a gentle afternoon breeze. There are also 2 gazebos, one covered in jasmine and the other in vines, each offering shade for 10 people around a circular table. There are 2 BBQ areas to enjoy.

Also outside is an outdoor gym offering a variety of exercise equipment as well as a table tennis table and table football.

This Lucca villa is set just 200 metres from the main road, but the location is completely quiet and peaceful, offering total privacy for those staying there.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the villa during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
This Lucca villa is within walking distance of restaurants, a small supermarket, pastry shop, ice cream shop and pharmacy.

Please note that rates at this Lucca villa include a twice weekly daily maid service (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Linen and towels are changed weekly. A complimentary welcome buffet is also included for stays of a week or more. The pool is cleaned daily. A daily breakfast service can also included for an additional charge of 18 euros per person per day. Please ask for more details. A third kitchen situated outside the main villa is used by the chef so that he can prepare meals for you without disturbing your privacy. Lunches and dinners can also be provided on request for an additional charge.

Heating and air conditioning are an additional charge and are payable on departure from this Lucca villa based on usage.

Upon request, we can also provide additional cleaning services (€25 per hour) and organise anything for you, from wine tastings to cooking classes and from a shopping service to a chauffeur service. It is also possible to organise and celebrate small civil or symbolic weddings at the villa.

A 1000 euro security deposit is payable locally on arrival in cash but is refunded on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition.
