The Santa Lucia apartment is a large bright and finely furnished three-room apartment perfect for 4 people.

The apartment is equipped with WIFI, heating, air conditioning, bathroom set and tea / coffee infusion set. It consists of:

2 separate bedrooms
- double with Queen size bed (152x203)
- the second furnished with 2 single beds (80x190) convertible into a double bed according to your needs,

Kitchen living room
- embellished with Vietri majolica,
- gas stove (4 burners), fridge / freezer, kettle, oven and a set of tea, infusions and chamomiles.

Bathroom
- embellished with Vietri majolica,
-ceramic sink and walk-in shower, bidet and hairdryer,

The building where our apartments are located has a lift and concierge.

The apartment can be rented as a SINGLE UNIT or in COMBINATION with the other OUR APARTMENTS, located on the same floor, in the same building.

Modern, tasteful decor in a great location.

We stayed one night before flying home from Naples. The apartment is beautiful with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Walkable to historic centre and to the waterfront. We had arranged airport transfer upon departure, but ended up taking a taxi as the driver didn’t show. The fee for the driver would have been 60 euro. The taxi was $35 euro.

Clean, modern, nice touches.

The hosts were also very accommodating of our schedule and arranged car service for us as well. Nice located within walking distance of major attractions. The street noise was a bit much on Saturday night but just because we are not used to it.

Great place in Naples

Riccardo was very great at reaching out and making sure our stay was memorable. He arranged for a driver si chiama Antonello to take us around the area which was fantastic! the apartment was clean and perfect for two couples. Would highly recommend. Some noise from the street but otherwise perfect.

Great apartment in a convenient part of Napoli

We occupied this apartment for four nights in September. It is located on the third floor of a secure, mixed use (offices/residential) building in a convenient area of Napoli. Pros: --Riccardo and his family are very nice and all of the communication before, during, and after the rental was excellent. They are great managers. --The apartment was very clean with extra towels. The rooms are excellent. A/C worked well. --There are a number of good restaurants and a grocery all within a 5-10 minute walk. --The ferry port and the sea is no more than a 10-15 minute walk. --Television service is very good and has Netflix. --There is a hotel adjacent with a taxi stand. The metro is 5 minutes away and offers a good way to get to some parts of Napoli. Things you should know: --This building is on a busy street and you will hear traffic. We've found there is always a trade-off. If you want to be in a convenient area of a city, you have noise. If you want quiet, you are too far away from areas to walk. --There is no living room. The kitchen area had four chairs and a table. This was only a minor problem for us as we were busy most every day. Personally, I would probably change the second bedroom to a sitting area. --The kitchen is nicely set up, but is for light to moderate cooking. There is a very nice range and oven, but no dishwasher or microwave. We never cooked here as we were on vacation and preferred to eat out. One note on Napoli. We heard all of the horror stories about pickpockets, etc. We personally did not experience any problems. Napoli is no different from any very large city and is safer than Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, or Detroit. We just used common sense. Don't walk around with your wallet bulging in your pocket at night in the wrong areas. We walked back in the dark after dinner and were fine. We used the train station and Metro and were fine. The worst I can say about Naples is it does have a problem with trash and litter. Workers are out cleaning daily, but over night garbage re-appears. Finally, watch out for motorcycles and scooters all over Italy. Most of the riders are very discourteous and do not obey traffic laws-much like the bicycles in Amsterdam! These inconveniences are offset by some nice tourist sites We visited the Royal Palaces in Napoli and Caserta, the island of Ischia, and many other interesting places in Naples. We were happy we had the chance to stay here and visit Napoli.

Affordable Modern Apartment in Central Naples!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2017. Firstly, the communication with Riccardo prior to our arrival, was first class. In addition, the welcome package of 2 bottles of wine on arrival, was also a nice treat! The apartment itself is situated in a great location, approximately a 10 minute walk to the ferries, that can take you to Capri, and approximately a 15 minute walk to the historical district. The neighborhood is safe, with a short stroll to some fabulous shops and restaurants. The apartment is modern, clean and furnished to a high standard. Just be aware, that there is no central living room space, as such. The apartment is comprised of 2 bedrooms, a lovely spacious bathroom, and a central kitchen space, with TV and table/chairs. At night, we just piled into the master bedroom, for family movie night! The air conditioning was a welcome addition, from the August heat. This apartment is a great base, in which to explore Naples and other key tourist sites such as Pompeii/Vesuvius, a short train or bus ride away. We also received a complimentary breakfast one morning, courtesy of Riccardo and his family - that was a nice touch. On our last day, we met Federica, Riccardo's cousin, and we had a lovely chat with her. We wish her well, since she had just finished her degree. All in all, I would recommend this apartment, which by the way, is situated in a building, with a lot of small businesses. Naples itself is a large, bustling city, with such potential. I'm just hoping that they can control their rubbish problem! So to conclude, a great apartment, in which to explore Naples and the surrounding area.

Amazing apartment in Naples

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully remodeled apartment in Naples. Riccardo and his mother were extremely kind in their reception and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in time. The apartment is gorgeous and clean with beautiful city views. Riccardo was also very helpful in securing transportation to the airport for us and accessible at all times. The apartment is close to a juice bar and a Carrefour market which is very convenient since we were able to get juice and some groceries as well. The front doorperson to the building also told us about this fantastic pizza place around the corner called SoloPizza which seemed to be only frequented by locals. It truly was a hidden gem that served the best pizza we have ever had. Riccardo was so thoughtful in providing 2 complimentary local bottles of wine for us to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay immensely at Riccardo's beautiful apartment in Naples and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great apartment and host

The apartment was amazing - clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished - perfect for two couples. It had al the needed facilities, from WiFi to Air Con to an amazing view. The host was very helpful; as soon as we booked - he asked if we needed anything to settle in on arrival: we found coffee, tea and biscuits for breakfast! He suggested local tips to see and do; and with everything in the vicinity, walking was very convenient and just made the experience better. Highly recommend it.
