Apartment at the top floor (with elevator) with 3 bedroom and a terrace with views to Sagrada Familia and over Barcelona towards the coastline. The windows are big and provide you with an enormous amount of light to start your day off right. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.

No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.

Great Location

We have stayed in more modern places but the accommodation was fine. The views from the terrace are stunning. I don't think there can be a better view of Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. Every time we walked outside we said "Wow!". The apartment building is fairly old and only 3 people can get in the lift at once and the apartments bathroom and kitchen could do with modernisation, but it was perfectly fine as a base for the family. The only thing that could be simpler is the check-in process, which didn't work properly for us. It may have been our fault, but if it wasn't for a lady who appeared with the keys for the apartment we may have been struggling. I think it just needs simplifying as we saw other guests arriving at the front door struggling to get in upon arrival. Otherwise a great place to stay. Note to owner: some oven gloves would be useful in the kitchen as there was nothing to lift hot pans or trays from the oven.
