Set on a classic sandstone building, the apartment is located in the fourth floor of a modern building with a large elevator. The building has been recently renovated keeping the former facade of the Belle Epoque period. The area surrounding the apartment consists on pedestrian walks that let the guests enjoy the best that San Sebastian has to offer just whithin a short walk. From the apartment, the best comercial streets, the Old Quarter and La Concha Beach are just "behind the corner".

The apartment highlights for its large living room with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and it's perfect to prepare a delicious meal. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first bedroom has two single beds while the second bedroom features doble bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, both two are ensuite for both bedrooms. Both bathrooms are very nice; the first bathroom has a wonderful bathtub while the second bathroom features a nice shower.

Super quiet, fantastic location

Spacious, spotlessly clean, and well appointed, this is a dream spot. It was too large for just my wife and I, but that's what was available for a late booking, and we don't regret it. Lovely place.

Super location but limited privacy

Apartment opens onto a closed courtyard of many apartments. The only problem is that the building across the way is under construction and that requires windows to be closed to avoid saws and other noisy tools. Unfortunately,it was also very warm and windows were needed for cooling. Great location. Managers were on it-the hot water heater went out and they fixed it immediately.

Un grand merci pour ce week-end de carnaval à San-Sébastien !

L'appartement est grand, lumineux, très propre, très fonctionnel et calme. Les 2 chambres avec leur salle de bain sont bien séparées, la literie est confortable. Il est parfaitement situé. Nous sommes arrivés à 22h les clés étaient dans la boîte aux lettres de l'agence, accessible par un code. Très bonne communication avec l'agence. Nous reviendrons.
