**Please note they will be working on replacing all glass doors and windows in every unit at Seachase. However, they are completed in this unit! The new windows and sliding glass doors look and operate great! They started on the 8th floor of the West tower and are working down. Once the West tower is complete around the end of July, they will move to the 8th floor of the East tower and work down from there in that tower.

Welcome to Seachase W602 - New windows and sliding glass doors! New roller shades have been installed! Freshly painted! This is a beautiful 6th floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of 7 people. This is the best floor plan on the beach with 60 feet of floor to ceiling glass spanning the entire condo. This unit has a split floor plan and both bedrooms are gulf front with sliding glass doors. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. You will love the the views of the gulf and white sand beach from this floor height!

This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.

Two beach chairs and one umbrella are seasonally included with the rental of this condo through the beach service! The season for beach chairs typically runs from March 6 to October 15.

If you like to cook at home, you will enjoy staying in at W602. It has a beautiful upgraded kitchen with white cabinets and granite countertops. It is a fully stocked kitchen and has everything you need plus the view of the gulf. Yes, you can see the stunning emerald water even from the kitchen! The large dining room table seats 6 and 3 more can sit at the bar. When it is time to come inside and cool off or just relax in the evening, you will be very comfortable in the 2 leather recliners. There is a commercial grade, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room as well. This unit has gorgeous tile floors throughout.

If you are tired of staying in big high-rise complexes with crowded beaches, look no further. Seachase is a mid-rise complex. There are 8 floors and only 64 units between the 2 towers, so there is plenty of beach front for everyone to have a front row seat and super convenient with the 2 beach chairs that are included with this rental will be awaiting you!

Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

Fabulous Panama vacay!

Condo was a bit dated- hard beds- not thoroughly cleaned to my taste. Justin replied immediately to my email complaining about the issue and it was addressed promptly. Overall we enjoyed the location and friendliness of both Corri and Justin. Next time we will be sure to request their other property 201E.

Could only use 1 bathroom because the other one was messed up and needed to b replaced, air went out the night before we were suppose check out so we ended up leaving the night before, cooking utensils were gross and pots and pans, the lady that called us was rude and blamed us for the air not working. So we will not b staying there again after we have been staying there for years.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing. No serious problems just the usual kiddos playing up and down the hall and “ding dong ditching” our condo, but we remember being a kid so it did not bother us. Clean and simple with the things you need to make it through a couple of weeks. Hopefully will be staying again in the next year!

Beautiful condo and beach

Everything we needed for a great stay was included. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was super, our dog liked it, it was easy to get to. The recliners were very comfortable. The only problem we had was that the TV programming was the worst I've ever seen. It was a satellite system. The picture was really good but the selection was awful. No local news, no weather and what I could receive was old John Wayne movies, Baywatch, etc. I really am glad I took my tablet so I could watch movies.

Quit Stay

We enjoyed our quiet stay and loved that the unit was pet friendly. The views were great and the location is amazing. However, we noticed a few cleaning issues such as the floor not being mopped prior to arrival, sheets and pillow cases were dirty in the guest bedroom on one bed, and on one dirty wash cloth was found. We washed the sheets and pillow cases before sleeping. A dirty spatula was also found in the drawer. We washed it and continued on with our stay. Some repairs need to be made that we noticed - shower in master bath retained water and was very slow to drain. The water runs cold very quickly if 2 people are showering at the same time in both bathrooms. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. Overall the issues to did not impact our stay very much as we were able to resolve the issues on our own, but feel the issues could have been avoided.

Great location

It is a very nice location. Right on the beach and waking up to the view is wonderful. It was very convenient and relaxing on the beach side and being able to have our dog with us at the condo was nice as well, but the dog beach was down at the pier. With my teens being older they loved being on the main strip to watch all of the people and vehicles. The pier is about a mile away, so we would drive down and park there to go shopping and to dinner. We had a great time.

Disappointment

Not so much the condo itself but the property. There was not enough parking because work was being done on underneath parking and workers took spaces facing road. Beach access gates were blocked off so you had to go to east tower to get to beach. At one point you were locked out totally. Also the noise did not allow you to rest. We have been staying at Seachase since 2009 and this was the worst time ever. Maybe suggest that repairs and upgrades be done like Dec-Jan bec Oct is still busy month

Home away from home

This is our third time to stay at Sea Chase. We love it and look forward to more visits in the future. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog Murphy so that he could experience Florida too! It's quiet and not as crowded as other spots on the beach.

Overall very pleased!

The location of this place was AMAZING! Also a huge plus that it’s pet friendly! Check in was a breeze and owner was informative. My only complaints would be that the second bedroom beds were terribly squeaky, the tubs didn’t plug all the way so giving children a bath was a little difficult, and the sliding doors were extremely heavy. My dad is disabled and oxygen dependent and opening and closing those door were a chore. I don’t know if lubing them or changing some bearings may help but it was quite difficult. Overall it was a super nice place and I would come back!

Wonderful place for us and furbabies

This is our second year to stay in this owners property there is nothing I would improve, it was very clean , the bed was very comfortable and kitchen was adequate for our needs. Both units E201 and W602 have earned our repeat visits.

The condo itself was good. However, we did NOT Enjoy the beating & banging of the construction people. Our Jeep was just detailed literally that day (we purchased straight off the lot before coming down)… it was filthy cause of all the dust and debris that was cause by all the demolition. We seen roach bugs in the elevator the size of a small candy bar. Not happy at all with our stay. It was NOT at all relaxing and refreshing (what a vacation should be). I would appreciate a refund or another stay that’s not at the west property.

Super nice unit

There were some draw backs. Wi-Fi did not work all week due to the system being changed to another sevice provider. The patio door was very difficult to open/close. A new door was said to be scheduled to be replaced in 1 months. Otherwise it was a very nice place and the owner was very super easy to work with and very responsive to my concerns. Would stay there again.

Loved bringing all of our family on vacation thanks to this dog-friendly oceanfront condo with amazing views! This unit may be the best kept secret on the beach - everyone stopped us while we were with our dogs to ask how we found a dog-friendly condo. The host was fantastic with communication - very responsive. We will return!

Six days of NO news, NO phone calls, Plenty of Sun, Sand, Water, and Quiet

Sleeping late, beautiful balcony setting of sand and water, complete relaxation. I was surprised that there was not an on-premises location to direct us to the condo, but I was glad that I had all of your explanations of how to open the door. Loved the resetting of the lock for our visit. The condo was very comfortable and everything we desired. Quiet, relaxed, very nice. We found it almost impossible to decipher the usage of the two tv remotes. It ended in 5 days of the Hallmark Channel. Detailed instructions on how to use the remotes would have been helpful. Fortunately, we were very happy with the laid back life we had for the week.

I’m giving all the stars even though I will say the furniture does need updates. But it’s a nice clean place. You can take your dogs so it’s amazing! Was not crowded on the beach. Owner was very kind and attentive to messages. I do reccomend this rental.
