Stadt und Natur genießen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Super auch der Empfang und die vielen Tipps von Erica (z.B. eine tolle Trattoria). Sehr empfehlenswert!

A wonderful stay

We spent a very pleasant week in the holiday home. On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were informed in fluent German by the landlady's daughter, Erika, about interesting destinations in and around Alghero and about good restaurants. Her mother, Maria, spoilt us in between with cakes and other delicacies from Alghero. She was very warm and considerate. In the beautiful, quiet surroundings of the house, the chirping of many bird species was obligatory. The view of Alghero every evening with fantastic sunsets rounded off our stay. Incredible stay

We stayed few nights in this cute house with friends. It was so nice. The view on the sea, the environment are amazing. Colors during sunset were beautiful. Erica & family were super welcoming, kind and give us a lot of good address around. This was a Dolce vita journey. Do not hesitate to do a stop there !

Belle location de vacances e très belle region

Nous remercions Erica pour son acceuil et nous avons passé un beau sejour dans une belle region , au calme dans une très belle propriété. Pour moi , prevue pour 4 personnes au maximum . Location bien équipée, lit un peu ferme pour les gens qui ont mal au dos. A recommander pour des vacances nayure au calme . Merci

Un séjour fabuleux!

Notre séjour chez Erica et sa famille a été tout simplement fabuleux! L’accueil chaleureux et la personnalité rayonnante d’Erica, ses conseils précieux, sa grande disponibilité nous ont permis de profiter de la merveilleuse région d’Alghero. Nous la remercions encore pour cela! La propriété est immense, au calme à la périphérie de la ville. La propreté était parfaite et la bâtisse possède une histoire et un charme total. La terrasse est très agréable et la vue est également époustouflante sur la région! Bref que du bonheur pour un séjour parfait. Nous espérons revenir un jour et ce sera avec grand plaisir!

Traumhafter Ort nahe der Stadt

Der Hausteil befindet sich auf einen grossen Landgut mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem nahe der Stadt. Besonders schön war die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterfamilie. Mit einem selbstgebackenen Kuchen wurden wir empfangen. Erica gab uns viele wertvolle Informationen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. So fühlten wir uns schnell zuhause. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Kleinod vor den Toren Algheros

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen vom ersten Moment an pudelwohl gefühlt. Erica hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen und ihre Tipps waren alle fantastisch. Eine Woche war zu kurz.

Danke für die tolle Zeit

Wunderschönes Grundstück in historischem Kontext

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und uns wurden alle Möglichkeiten was wir besichtigen können ausführlich erläutert. Dazu gab es eine selbstgebackene Torte und selbstgemachte Olivenöl. Auch während des Aufenthalts erhielten wir jede erdenkliche Hilfe und dazu noch leckeres sardisches Gebäck! Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Tolle Gastgeber, tolle Ferienwohnung!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen- man hat viel Ruhe und ist dennoch schnell in der schönen Altstadt Alghero. Die Familie ist entzückend, sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!! Danke nochmal für den leckeren Kuchen und das tolle Olivenöl!! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!!

Lovely stay!

We stayed for a couple of days and had a lovely stay. You can see and feel that everything is done with a lot of care and love. It is a perfect location, close to the city but quiet and with the big garden and olive trees, it feels like the perfect getaway. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and great explanation of the surroundings, complete with tips for restaurants, shops, and places to discover. I would definetly recommend and hope we can visit again.

Paradies!

Ein Paradies auf Erden! Erika, die fliessend deutsch spricht, empfing uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr warmherzig. Sie gab uns wertvolle Insider-Tipps zu Restaurants, Geschäften, Stränden, und Ausflugszielen. In dem Haus standen ein frisch gebackener Kuchen und Öl von Oliven aus dem hauseigenen Feld für uns bereit. Das Ferienhaus steht mitten im Olivenhain, ausserdem wachsen im Garten Rosmarin- und Salbeisträucher, von denen man sich bedienen kann. Der Blick aufs Meer und die Olivenbäume ist atemberaubend, das Ferienhaus ist für eine Familie mit 1-2 Kindern wunderbar. Alghero ,die Strände und umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Maria, ihr Mann und die Tochter Erika sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Une semaine de juillet 2021

Nous avons passé en famille un séjour merveilleux dans la region d Alghero. La propriété est grande, arborée, restant fraîche même l été au sein d un grand parc d oliviers. Erica et sa famille sont très accueillants et chaleureux, nos enfants ont eu plaisirs à jouer ensemble. La région est très belle et la location bien située et au calme. Les couchers de soleil sont fabuleux. A refaire avec joie!

Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Erica hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen nachdem wir das Objekt anhand der Anfahrtbeschreibung sofort gefunden haben. Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft mit Blick aufs Meer, umgeben von Oliven und Pinien, und die Umgebung ist ruhig. Obwohl Erica und ihre Eltern um die Ecke wohnen, hatten wir unsere Privatsphäre, zu Beginn haben wir von ihr zahlreiche Tipps zu Geschäften, Restaurants und Aktivitäten bekommen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir das zweite Bad und die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern, die meiste Zeit haben wir uns auf der Terrasse aufgehalten. Optimal geeignet für Familien mit Teenagern.

Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde um den Urlaub zu verbringen

Wir wurden herzlich und nett empfangen und haben uns in dem Haus sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die wunderschöne Lage im Olivenhain und der Ausblick auf Alghero, die Bucht und Capo Caccia haben uns schon beim Frühstück erfreut. Das Haus ist individuell eingerichtet und für eine kleine Familie wunderbar geeignet. Die Familie war außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ferienwohnungen in herrlicher Lage

Ferienwohnungen mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Capo Caccia in einem Olivenhain. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter, Tochter Erica spricht deutsch und gibt wertvolle Tips für Unternehmungen und Wanderungen.

Parfait!

Maria et Carlos sont des hôtes accueillants, attentifs, discrets, de bons conseils pour les découvertes locales. La location est propre, bien équipée ( 2 salles de bains, machine a laver, séchoir exterieur) dans un environnement de rêve : terrasse, grand jardin, au fond la mer et le golfe d Alghero. Les soirées d automne sur la terrasse... le paradis !

Ein traumhaftes Haus mit Seele

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Fotos sind perfekt. Wir sind sehr sehr freundlich aufgenommen worden. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig (2 Bäder) und geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Capo Caccia kann man direkt auf der Terrasse geniessen. Ein Traum
