Enjoy one of the best views in town from your own private terrace. Located in Graça - one of the coolest neighborhoods in Lisbon, the apartment has an upper floor w / double bedroom and private ensuite bathroom and a ground floor w / twin bedroom, bathroom, living room, open plan dining room and kitchen and terrace. Free wifi, fireplace and air conditioning. Totaly renovated in January 19.

Situated in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Lisbon where you can enjoy life as a local. Cable TV, high speed wifi internet, air conditioning and heating and amenities are provided.
Paid private parking just 250mts from the house.
We are available for further information and tips during your stay. Let us know in advance if you want to hire a private transfer from the aiport or book any private tour in & around Lisbon.

A beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment in a safe and quiet locale offering a most excellent view of this great city. Very well equipped and fun to be in. Many food places nearby as well as tram, uber, taxi transport options. Very polite, caring and communicative hosts who ensure their treasure place is enjoyed by guests. No doubt we shall return.

The perfect base for exploring Lisbon
We could not speak more highly of our stay here, the house is gorgeously furnished and the view and location is amazing. Tips about where to eat in the local area were much appreciated, as well as the thoughtful items like washing powder and coffee pods! We enjoyed every minute!

Lovely stay
We had a welcoming and warm greeting by Ana once we arrived. She showed us the property thoroughly which was very clean and beautifully designed. The amazing view from the balcony is just as the pictures show. Location is great, just a short walk to the main street. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

Wow! We loved it. Totally recommend this apartment
The description is acurate and the view is really stunning. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very good location. Our host Ana and Felipe were very responsive and prompt to make our stay comfortable without any worries. Ask Ana for custom tailor made tours. We had 2 wonderful days exploring with her abd we loved it. More than host you are now like friends. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will surely see you again. We totally recommend!

Centrally located apartment with easy access to community stores and restaurants. The balcony view is amazing! We booked a car tour with Ana our co-host which was a great experience. She was very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait until next time!!

Ana and her sister have a very well kept VRBO. The place was exceptional clean with touches of character throughout the home. Our favorite place was the deck that overlooks Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Amazing View and Great Location!
We were not disappointed by the description of this place at all! At first glance arriving on a rainy afternoon and not knowing the area with some construction on the street happening we were a little nervous. But as soon as we entered the house we were delighted by the decor and living spaces including a very modern kitchen with all the latest appliances. But it was the view of the city below and the river that wowed us! When we came back from the very conveniently located stores and bakeries we enjoyed our first happy hour on the deck and were so delighted by the sun setting over the city illuminating all of the colorful houses and river. We all slept so well and felt very comfortable here. All in all we could not have been happier with this VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay in an exceptionally beautiful, tastefully decorated, and clean apartment with the best view over Lisbon. The two sisters, Ana and Filipa, are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing!
We had a great stay! The place is so thoughtfully designed and the terrace is such a bonus, perfect to sit with a glass of wine. Having two floors and two bathrooms was super convenient for getting ready at the same time. The Host was very responsive and helpful. The location is great, around the corner to a really cool lookout and just a short walk to Castle de Sao Jorge. We did happen to go when there were quite a few festivals/holidays that we didn’t know about and had a hard time sleeping with all the noise, so we just suggest you check on that before your travels.

Great Trip - Super location
The property is just as described: great views, everything you need for your stay in Lisbon. It is on a high point in the city so if you plan to do lots of stuff in other parts of the town and you have any mobility issues, take that into account. You need to walk downhill for about a mile to get to primary trains and trams. There are bus stops nearby if you don't mind a few transfers, or Uber is fine. We did not discover how great the Graca neighborhood is till our last day so check out the area where you are staying right when you get there.Go to O Piteu da Graca if you can, great food. It sorta of opens at 7pm ish and it is hard to get a table but well worth it! You will not be disappointed with this home away from home.

Stunning Graça Apartment
The photos and previous reviews say it all! Filipa’s communication before our stay and Ana’s introduction to the property were warm, friendly and answered our every need. The property itself was gorgeous with the most stunning view to back up the impeccable interior design. Be aware there is an interior staircase and Graça itself is very hilly. A lovely stay that we won’t hesitate to recommend to our family and friends.

Comfortable stay with a beautiful view
The property was very clean. The owners are very friendly and greeted us upon arrival to explain the area. The location was convenient to the things we wanted to do. An easy walk to some of the best views in the city. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time that we were there so we didn’t get to make use of the terrace but the terrace is very lovely after a long day of sightseeing to sit in a relaxing space.

Beautiful home base for exploring Lisbon!
We had booked this property in 2020 and were so disappointed when we had to cancel due to Covid. When replanning for 2024 we were thrilled to find out we could secure this place again and it did not disappoint. The apartment easily housed our party of two couples and the views from the terrace are amazing....had coffee and wine there daily. Graca is a wonderful neighborhood and we were comfortable exploring it and the rest of Lisbon during our 5 day stay.....mostly by foot....both down, then back up! Bring good walking shoes and lots of fortitude! Would highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you so muich for making our stay in Lisbon memorable!

Terrific location for its view with easy walking access to lower city. Vibrant neighbourhood with all the amenities you might need. Beautifully modernized property giving private space as well as spacious living room and dining room to congregate. Balcony was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the air and the view. Balcony doors however do not lock, a little unnerving. It could have used a tea pot and perhaps salt and pepper shakers. A nice place to call home after a day of exploring Lisbon.

Stunning View & Great Location
We had a wonderful stay here. The unit is perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful city! The natural light was amazing. We were close to shops, stores and restaurants and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. The hosts were communicative and accommodating and we couldn't ask for a better start to our visit in Lisbon.

Perfect for us!
This was a beautifully clean apartment, located within walking distance to several attractions. We would stay here again! We loved walking the streets and meeting the locals. It was the perfect homebase to go and see the sites. The pictures were right on target. The kitchen was easy to use. It was just missing some basic seasonings like salt and pepper. While the apartment is beautifully clean, and we felt completely safe, it was also near the neighborhood trash area, so be aware that there may be trash next to it, but it didn’t sour our visit in anyway. We were also grateful for the washing machine as we stayed several days. The furnishings were well appointed, and the artwork made it even more beautiful. The TV is very small. Smaller than a computer screen but who is there to watch TV anyway, right? The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating.

The house is in a wonderful neighborhood close to amazing food and sights- the property next door is a mess but when u walk into this magical space you will be transported - beautifully decorated, comfortable, spotlessly clean, a fantastic view with a bedroom in the clouds. Just book this house you will be so happy you did!!!

Great apartment
Great apt. Ana checked us in personally and you can tell how great they are at managing the place. Lots of good recommendations on things to do. I deducted one star for a bug we saw, but overall that happens in the best of places and we did leave the terrace door open many times. There is occasional neighborhood noise, but sporadic and did not detract at all from our enjoyment. We also ate on the awesome terrace multiple times during our week and there is a pingo doce 2 blocks away. I'd highlight Comida de Paulhina across the street as awesome, traditional portugues food too. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay quite a bit.
