About this property

Ritschhof - Spruce apartment

Our recently renovated farmhouse dates back to the 14th century and is located at the entrance to Val Gardena. At our farm we grow blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and currants, which you can taste fresh from the harvest. We are 4 km from Ortisei where you have direct access to the ski lifts of the Dolomiti Superski, the Sellaronda, the Alpe di Siusi and in summer to the huge hiking area of the Dolomites.

Apartment / attic Abete: composed of two double bedrooms (one with double bed and sofa bed and one with double bed or on request also with separate beds), a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven and TV and a bathroom with WC, shower, bathtub and hairdryer. Entrance on the first floor reached by an external staircase.

A perfect stay near Ortisei

The apartment is in an excellent location, not far from Ortisei. The house is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, and overall, everything was absolutely comfortable. The host, Carmen, was extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. A perfect stay

Beautiful!

Three of us stayed for a week. Carmen is the most wonderful host, caring and generous and she works hard to make sure her guests have everything they need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed fresh bread delivery from the local bakery every morning, and it was wonderful to sip our coffee with fresh rolls and pastry without having to go out. Carmen has set up the apartment with good quality bedding, (wonderful duvets) and the bathroom was super clean and luxurious, with a fabulous shower! The kitchen was furnished with good pots and pans and we cooked for the entire week we were there. Note: the roads in the area are steep and everyone lives on a mountainside. It is not a place to party and drink and drive home at night. It is a beautiful place for exquisite views, and peace and quiet. There is a side yard where one may lay in a lounge chair or paint watercolors at a table, while admiring the beauty and majesty of these amazing scenes. We would return in a minute, and Carmen and her family will always have a place in our memories.

Très belle destination.

Nous remercions Carmen et ses enfants pour leur accueil et leurs conseils. Le logement est très confortable et très propre. Idéalement situé pour se reposer après les superbes randonnées proposées par les Dolomites. Les titres de transports offerts pour les bus et téléphériques ont été appréciables. Merci Carmen ! Merci aussi pour la très bonne confiture offerte a notre arrivée et le pain frais livrable le matin. Nous conseillons cette destination.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Große Ferienwohnung mit gemütlicher Einrichtung, wir haben uns auf dem Ritschhof sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die jederzeit für ihre Gäste da ist.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin (als wir ankamen, erwartete uns ein Gläschen hausgemachte und extrem leckere Himbeermarmelade und ein Korb mit Äpfeln!)! Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Erreichbarkeit der Skigebiete Seiser Alm und Val Gardena innerhalb von 10-15 min. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!!

durante le vacanze di Pasqua abbiamo soggiornato presso l'agriturismo Ritschhof situato in Laion in Val Gardena. siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della scelta. Sin da subito i proprietari si sono dimostrati molto accoglienti e gentili nel rispondere alle nostre domande e curiosità e sulle attrazioni presenti sul territorio. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito ed ammodernato nel rispetto del tipico stile alto atesino. Legno a vista, stufa e ricerca dei dettagli. Il bagno, le stanze e la cucina sono molto confortevoli e funzionali. Ogni mattina abbiamo potuto mangiare il pane fresco che gentilmente, la proprietaria di casa, prenotava per noi dal panettiere del paese. Abbiamo girato a piedi ed in macchina la zona circostante Ortisei e Bressanone e la posizione della casa, a 5 min di auto dal centro di Ortisei, ci ha permesso di farlo con facilità. Con l'assegnazione di 5 stelle di gradimento, consigliamo a chiunque si rechi ad Ortisei, di prendere in grande considerazione la possibilità di soggiornare presso il Ritschhof di Laion
