Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir sind verkehrsbedingt weit nach 23: 00 Uhr angekommen und wurden trotzdem sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung überzeugte durch ihre Sauberkeit und der Lage. Die Gastgeber waren stets sehr herzlich. Uns hat einfach alles gefallen und die Stadt und das Meer waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Tre settimane al mare a Cervia

Posizione vicina al Canale di Cervia ma comunque silenziosa e ben curata. Appartamento a piano terra con posto auto molto spazioso e confortevole con giardino arredato con sedie e tavolino e biciclette gratuite. Proprietari gentili e cordiali è sempre pronti ad aiutare con il sorriso.

Als ob man kurz nach Italien gezogen wäre

Loriana und Giuliano sind herzliche Gastgeber! Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel etwas Abseits des Trubels von Cervia und Milano Marittima. Direkt gegenüber ist eine kleine Grünfläche mit Spielplatz, wo Pinien Schatten spenden. Für die Kinder herrlich. Loriana und Giuliano stellen einem noch vier Fahrräder zur Verfügung, so dass man sowohl den Strand als auch die Altstadt, als auch den Hafen als auch die Flaniermeile oder den Supermarkt schnell und unkompliziert erreichen kann. Giuliano hat am ersten Morgen mit den Kindern schon die Sattelhöhe eingestellt als wir noch den Frühstückstisch abgeräumt haben. Die Kinder haben das Fahrrad fahren in Cervia geliebt. In Cervia und Umgebung gibt es viele Fahrradwege und unglaublich viele Fahrradfahrer, so dass auch alle anderen Verkehrsteilnehmer sehr rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen. An einem etwas kühleren Tag haben wir auch einen kleinen Fahrradausflug in den Nahe gelegenen Pinienwald gemacht. Hätten wir mehr Zeit gehabt, hätten wir noch mehr erkundet, denn Cervia bietet mehr als die reinen Touristenbadeorte. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieser Unterkunft stimmt! Und wir möchten gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank Loriana und Giuliano für diese wunderbaren Tage zum Kraft tanken und Entspannen!

Ottima esperienza

Giuliano e Loriana sono host eccellenti, cortesi e piacevoli. La casa è in una zona molto tranquilla, perfetta per visitare Ravenna e Mirabilandia. La pulizia è il vero punto forte di questo appartamento. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Pulizia e gentilezza

Alloggio pulitissimo e ben accessoriato. Comodo per raggiungere il centro con le biciclette (c'è anche un seggiolino per portare i bimbi in bici). Dire che i proprietari sono gentili è riduttivo..siamo stati benissimo!Grazie a Loriana e Giuliano. A presto!

Mai trovato di meglio!!

Appartamento più che confortevole, abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e tutto pulitissimo, non un granello di polvere. Biancheria pulitissima e profumata e ingresso indipendente. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Grazie Loriana e Giuliano per la splendida accoglienza.

Thank you, Loriana and Giuliano. We lived here for 2 weeks. Wonderful apartment, well-equipped kitchen, attentive hosts. Near the house there is a bus station (176 bus to Mirabilandia) and a railway station (Rimini, Ravenna...). On the bikes provided by the owners we went to the free beach and explored the surroundings (Milano Maritima, salt lake, pine park). Thanks for our vacation. We enjoy it and hope to return back!

Perfetto come base d'appoggio per andare a Mirabilandia

Abbiamo scelto questa location per andare al parco Mirabilandia che dista solo 10 km dalla casa e quindi raggiungibile, in auto, in circa 10 minuti. La casa è poco distanza dalla stazione e linea ferroviaria e anche dagli autobus, quindi Mirabilandia è raggiungibile molto semplicemente anche senz'auto. Zona super tranquilla, con parchetto dinnanzi. Propritari super disponibili e molto cordiali. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro completo agio, come se fossimo a casa nostra. Casa pulita, fresca e vivibile. Assolutamente consigliata.

Soggiorno ottimo! Come a casa!

Sono stata cinque giorni in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L’appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, è spazioso, accogliente e soprattutto molto pulito! È dotato di tutto il necessario che ti può servire in vacanza e anche di più! La cucina è ben attrezzata, con diversi elettrodomestici, lavatrice inclusa! All’esterno c’è un bel giardino pieno di piante in fiore, curato con amore dai proprietari, Loriana e Giuliano, due persone gentilissime che hanno reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno! Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, consigliatissimo!
