This detached property resting on the outskirts of Kirriemuir houses one bedroom and can sleep up to two people.
The Bothy is a detached property resting close to the town of Kirriemuir. Within the ground-floor accommodation, you will find one double bedroom and a shower room complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with a woodburning stove and an amply equipped kitchen. Outside you will find a small enclosed garden with one off-road parking space. The Bothy promises a wonderful escape to a rural location. Note: Short Breaks will not be accepted if they overlap our Saturday change over,7 night bookings must also start on Saturday .
Amenities: Electric heaters, Electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer, TV with DVD player, selection of books and games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power, and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub within 6 miles and shop within 8 miles. Note: Short Breaks will not be accepted if they overlap our Saturday change over apart from during January and February. Note: 7 night bookings must also start on Saturday apart from during January and February. Note: This property does not allow electric vehicle charging or electric bike charging.
