Beautiful villa in a plot of 250sqm (m2) with sea views. With three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, two terraces and private garden.

THE SPACE:

Beautiful villa with capacity for 6 people, with sea views and private garden.

It has three fully equipped double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with flat-screen TV. Kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all kind of utensils.

The house has two terraces, one of them covered with artificial lawn, ideal for sunbathing and relax. It also has a BBQ, washing machine, iron and some toys for the kids.

THE TOWN:

The north of the island is one of the least populated and retains its genuine essence of Mallorca.

Without a doubt, the highlight of Son Serra de Marina is its beaches. The coastline of fine sand and rocks is very shallow and the water is incredibly clear.

The main beach of Son Serra, located just in front of the house, measures 450m and is ideal for the whole family. A white sand beach, called Sa Canova, offers a lovely walk of 2km to the nearby town of Colònia de Sant Pere. In the west of the village there is the beach of Son Real, communicating Son Serra de Marina with Ca'n Picafort.

The virgin beaches of Son Serra de Marina are surrounded by an extensive area of dunes, which is considered protected area.

Marvelous!

Toni was welcoming us and provided everything from a few insider tips for restaurants and a tour through the house. The house itself is superb, especially the big living room and the garden are a fine treat. We loved the cleanliness of the house- outstanding! Also outstanding were the things provided for our little daughter, toys, crib, highchair. We highly recommend staying here!
