Inside an elegant building built in the 12th century located in the highest part of the medieval town of Sicciano Alto, it is 310 meters above sea level. Four apartments (50 to 130 square meters) elegantly restored (in 2011) in the typical Tuscan style, exposed wooden beams, stone walls and terracotta floors. The apartments all have a kitchenette and are also furnished with period furniture. They all have air conditioning, heating and a wood-burning fireplace. Outside there are two beautiful terraces from which you can enjoy the magnificent landscape of the surrounding hills. Outdoor swimming pool with small shared garden, private parking located in the upper part of the village, therefore accessible through a small road.

From the structure you can reach the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia in about 25 minutes.
Excursions to the Maremma Natural Park, to the numerous spas in the area and to the cities of art such as Siena, Massa Marittima and Florence are possible.
