Goodrington beach and its attractions are a 2-minute walk, while Paignton harbour, beach and town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, are a 5 to 10-minute walk.

7 Roundham Heights is the top floor penthouse with lift access, providing a spectacular view from the living room, main bedroom, conservatory and huge rooftop decking area. The apartment has a private entrance on the second floor as well as a designated parking space at the front of the property. Please be aware that there is scaffolding up around the property to allow for external work to be carried out. Scaffolding due to come down end of April. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
