Christmas Magic
We stayed at the property over Christmas week 2019 and loved it. We arrived to find a decorated tree in the lounge room and a welcoming smile from the housekeeper. The atmosphere in Riquerwihr and surrounding towns was fantastic. It is well located for strolls around the town and with easy walks through rolling hills to the surrounding villages. The location in regards to the town is excellent - 5 minutes walk maximum to the center and room for at least 2 cars in the driveway. The property is as shown in the images. The bedding is very comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious with generous quantities of crockery etc. The house easily accommodated our group of 8. I would wholeheartedly recommend the house and the area as a delightful location for a holiday.

We werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen in een mooi gerestaureerde woning die dicht bij het centrum van Riquewihr gelegen is. Een perfecte locatie voor een mooie vakantie of weekeind in de Elzas, een aanrader.

"escapade en Alsace"
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 alten Freundinnen aus 5 Ländern zwischen 50 und 80 Jahren. Da sich einige gar nicht untereinander kannten, wäre es uns lieber gewesen, noch über ein oder zwei Schlafzimmern mit Einzelbetten zu verfügen. Ansonsten haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und die Einrichtung war prima. Die Küche gut eingerichtet und praktisch. Wir könnten auf der Terrasse essen. Die Lage, sehr nah am Dorfzentrum und doch nicht im Touristen-Trubel, war ideal, ebenfalls als Startpunkt für Wanderungen Richtung Ribeauvillé und Kaysersberg. Für Gruppen mit Ehepaaren eignet sich das Haus am besten wegen der Doppelbetten Madame Choulet war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen, für Gruppen oder eine Familie, die die Weinberg Gegend erkunden wollen.

Canadian Family Holiday
We had 4 nights at Virginie’s and loved it! With 6 adults and 5 children, 9-14, it was a great location. Hot water and heating system were excellent. The 3 boys had room to play outside and found the caged soccer and basketball court. The dining table was perfect for our group of 11. For a family of 11, for 4 days, we could have used more toilet tissue, garbage bags and dishwasher tabs! The toaster needs to be held down manually in order to work. (Just for your information that we think you would want to know.) The above were small issues and certainly did not take away our pleasure of being in your house and in beautiful Riquewhir! Nice House in a nice Village
We were a group of ten friends and one baby and the house fitted perfect to us. Good start for easy hiking routes, nice wine region and a house with a good equiped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Comfortabel huis vlakbij het centrum van Riquewihr
Dit huis gehuurd voor een reünie met vrienden. Mooi vertrekpunt voor wandeltochten in de omgeving en bezoek aan Riquewihr. Comfortabel en ruim huis met goede voorzieningen, ruim voldoende keukenspullen, goed onderhouden en zeer schoon. Attente eigenaresse! We hebben het hier prima naar ons zin gehad.

Great stay in Riquewihr
Great property, ideal for family or groups. Very good location, quiet and peaceful but only a few minute's walk to the town and restaurants. Only downside to Riquewihr is the lack of a good supermarket. There is a nice Boulangerie though.

Wir waren als Grossfamilie (Grossmutter mit 3 Kindern & 5 Enkelkindern) zu Besuch & waren rund um happy. Die Unterkunft liess keine Wünsche offen: Grösse toll, Raumkonzept clever, Infrastruktur top & das alles chic und wohnlich👍🏻. Die Lage in Riquewihr ist ein weiteres Plus dieses Bijous. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen!

We had a lovely few days in this house. The house is gourgeous. Nice rooms Nice bathrooms. Private parking. Accept the WiFi. It was not that great but thats the only min point. The rest was super great. Love to come back.

La maison est très bien située à 300 m de la cité médiévale. La literie est confortable, rien ne manque à l'équipement de la maison, vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine sont disponibles en quantité largement dimensionnée. parfaitement adapté à une grande famille ou à un groupe de 7 à 10 personnes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, à la satisfaction générale des participants. A recommander sans réserve. Marc séjour du 28.12 au 4 .01 2019.

Nous avons réservé cette villa (10 adultes et 1 enfant) pour ce 1er week-end de marché de Noël à Riquewihr. Quel bonheur à notre arrivée de constater que la maison correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes ! Chambres spacieuses et agréables, salon/salle-à-manger grand et cosy, cuisine fonctionnelle et très propre. Deux salles-de-bain et toilettes nickels ! Bref, tout pour passer un séjour on ne peut plus sympa ! De plus, possibilité de garer 4 véhicules sans souci et donc de pouvoir nous déplacer à pied (grand maximum 500m pour être au coeur du village). Je recommande vivement cette location, pour un week-end, voire même plus ! Vivement y revenir ! :-)

Fantastisk vel udstyret hus med perfekt beliggenhed
Stort hus - perfekt til fx flere generationer. Her er ALT, hvad man kan have brug for, der er super rent og pænt overalt. Varmen virkede ikke i første omgang, men det blev straks ordnet, da vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Charmerende (og meget turistede) centrum af Riquewihr ligger virkelig blot få minutters gang fra huset, så vi kunne nyde byen i små portioner. Byen er ret død om aftenen (uge 42), så vi kan anbefale, at man reserverer bord, hvis man vil spise ude i byen. Alt i alt et hus, som vi varmt kan anbefale og som vi selv gerne vender tilbage til.

Super Lage, gute Organisation, nette Begrüßung!
Ein schönes Haus mit großem Garten und altem Baumbestand. Wir waren zu fünft, hatten jeder unser eigenes Zimmer. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr hell mit einer schönen Terrasse.Geeignet ist das Haus auch für zwei Familien, die gemeinsam mit Kindern verreisen möchten, optimal für 10 Personen. In die Innenstadt von Riquewihr braucht man zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten, Parken kann man direkt auf dem Gelände des Hauses. Fazit: sehr gut und sauber, wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Vermieter, wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen.

DU BONHEUR !
La maison est extrêmement agréable, a la fois traditionnelle avec son toit pointu et son poêle en faïence et contemporaine par l'espace, les baies vitrées et la déco tout à fait actuelle. Elle est aussi hyper bien équipée, les chambres grandes et lumineuses et la literie d'excellente qualité. Nous nous sommes trouvés dans un quartier très calme à cinq minutes à pied du centre du village. Nous y étions en septembre et les automnes sont beaux en Alsace. Nous avons fait de jolies balades dans les vignes et avons assisté aux vendanges. Nous recommandons la promenade jusqu'au restaurant 'Le Saint Alexis' et le déjeuner en terrasse. Enfin, nous n'avons pas eu assez de la semaine pour visiter la région ! En fait, ce fut la plus sympathique de nos nombreuses locations .

Lovely house in great location
Lovely house. Plenty of room for our party of 8 people. the tables, both inside and outside extended so easily accomodated our party of 8. Lovely location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Riquewihr, with the advantage of its own parking. Perfect location from which to explore the local area. Would recommend the Parc de Cigognes just down the road and also the Montagnes des Singes to entertain the kids. Just a note, if you are a large party like us, the local Boulangerie likes you to place an order that they put to one side. Saves you having to get up too early to get what you want.

Ici, comme à la maison !
Dès notre arrivée, toute la famille s'est sentie chez elle. Une maison propre avec une décoration simple et sobre, de l'espace, une situation idéale par rapport au village. La météo étant de la partie, la famille en parle encore deux semaines après! Merci. Honnay Thomas
