The capacity of the house: a maximum of 6 people can stay.

There are terraces on different levels of the house. The largest terrace is the one at the top with views of the Escala-solarium area.

The environment

12 minutes walk from Riells beach, the main beach ideal for the little ones.

The area where the house is located is very quiet and perfect for those looking for tranquility and enjoying family vacations.

Living space 186 m2, built in 2008. Everything is new and of high quality.

Ground floor (entrance):

Terrace/garden: Space is private to the house, with direct access to the community pool, to access there is a door from the garden with direct access to the pool and community space.
Living room: with large sofa.
Dining room: This has a part equipped for dining with a table and chairs and another part of the living room with a sofa and armchairs.
Kitchen: Well equipped, independent kitchen, has all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer.
Bathroom: sink, toilet and shower.
Parking: space for one car in the community underground parkign.

On the first floor:

3 bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms with 150cm double beds (3 150cm beds). The mattresses are quality. Some of the bedrooms have a bathroom in the same room.
2 bathrooms: 1 with bathtub, sink, toilet in one bedroom and another bathroom 2 with shower, sink, toilet.

The second plant:

Solarium that occupies the entire surface of the house.
