Villa La Dolça is for 10 people and is located in the quiet urbanization Las Cabanyas with infinity pool, WIFI, air-conditioning and is just 5km from the beach, shops and restaurants.

The interior of La Dolça is bright with a panoramic view of the sea. It has a built surface of 293 m2.

The living room have a comfortable sofa, fireplace, a big dining table and a Smart television which has access to normal TV channels, but also Netflix, Spotify, Youtube etc.

This spacious area includes a full equipped modern kitchen with cook island: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, filtered water tab, washing machine, dryer and a comfortable breakfast area with a small television.

The living room has direct access to the large terrace, which has an amazing view over the coastline. There is a chill out zone where you can enjoy your late-night drink. The terrace has access to the pool area.

BedroomsBedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed (180x200) en suite with bathtub and rain shower. This room has incredible views of the sea and the pool. Enjoy waking up to the sunrise over the sea.Bedroom 2: double bed (2x 90x200), sea view.Bedroom 3: double bed (2x 90x200).Bedroom 4: bunk beds (80x200), sea view.

There is a separate bathroom with rain shower.

Going down some stairs, you will find bedroom 5. This bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a small fridge. This space has direct access to the pool area.

GuesthouseThe villa has an independent guesthouse which has his own entry. The living room contains a television which has access to the internet.This guesthouse has a small kitchen (dishwasher, fridge) a bathroom with rain shower. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed 90x200.

OutsideThe whole property is set in over 1,083 m2 of extensive private enclosed grounds and includes an infinity swimming pool (70 m2) in a pleasant sun-bathing area where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. The garden is integrated with a digital watering system which control the watering of the plants and grass. In addition, this house is committed to sustainability and has solar panels on the roof and has osmosis water.
