Superbe séjour malgré une blessure
Superbe propriété magnifique fonctionnelle seul bémol pas suffisamment entretenu piscine dangereuse mosaïque taillante qui nous a valu un super détour aux urgences avec points sur la main de notre poupon de 7 ans grand dommage car fini la baignade à j2 de notre arrivée en espérant que cela n'arrive pas à un autre attention aux marchés de la piscine!!!

Sehr schöner, grosser Pool - Poolpumpe leider defekt
Wir haben das Haus sauber angetroffen. Es ist funktional eingerichtet, allerdings könnte beispielsweise die Küchenutensilien (Pfannen, Besteck, Gläser, Teller usw.) mal ersetzt werden, die Küche ist etwas minimalistisch eingerichtet. In der Garage liegt viel Defektes Zeug (auch zwei Fahrräder, welche echt zu gebrauchen wären, sowieso, wenn man ohne Auto anreist. Die Anreise ohne Auto ist eher schwierig, da die Immobilienvermietung den Schlüssel nicht vor Ort übergeben kann. Das WLAN funktionierte die ersten beiden Tage nicht, nach unserem Anruf wurde das Problem aber behoben. Was uns gefehlt hat, sind Informationen über Empuriabrava, dass es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Shuttle-Bus gibt, welcher einem für 1€ durch halb Empuria fährt. Zum Einkaufen muss man schon weitere Wege auf sich nehmen, insbesondere das Wasserschleppen wird etwas schwierig. In ca. 5 Minuten Gehdistanz befindet sich ein kleiner Laden (Seppels Schlemmerladen)… für kleine Einkäufe wirklich gut. Das Haus selbst könnte gepflegter sein, Mückengitter wären ganz gut, leider aber nicht vorhanden. Wir wurden regelrecht überfallen von diesen lästigen Insekten. Der Pool ist wunderschön, leider ist die Poolpumpe kaputt und macht einen ohrenbetäubenden Lärm. Das sollte dringend behoben werden. Auch die Dekenventilatoren sind lauter als sie wirklich nützen oder eiern umher, das bedingt, dass man etweder vor Hitze vergeht, oder die Fenster nachts öffnet (und dann Mückenstiche in Kauf nimmt). Unser Aufenthalt war alles in allem gut, der Pool hat uns über so einiges hinwegzusehen verholfen. Personal im Immo-Büro ist freundlich, spricht auch einigermassen gut Deutsch und scheint bemüht zu sein.

Excellente vacance Villa très jolie bien aménagée, coin tranquille proche de la plage Mr Thomas Calliauw qui gère l'agence Creus 17 est une personne hyper sympathique très accueillant et à l'écoute de ses clients je recommande vivement!!! 10/10.
