Single story new build home with a contemporary feel. Located in the medieval town of Parthenay with many great restaurants, bars and shops all in walking distance. Modern grey gloss fitted kitchen with dishwasher, double oven, microwave,gas hob and everything you need. Large screen TV (Sky +) and WiFi . Open plan living with bi-folds to outside decking with pool, spa and BBQ. It has 5 double bedrooms 3 of which overlook the rear deck and pool with a meadow view. A cot and inflatable beds available if required above the 1 x king-size, 2 x double, 2 x single, and 1 x bunk-beds . Bathroom with large shower and oval bath plus an en-suite to the master bedroom. Plenty of off road parking. Walking distance of town centre yet in a quiet area. Centrally located so is a great base for visiting all the gems of this region.
