Apartment located in the Urbanization Alicate Playa, in Los Monteros, one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella. It is a paradise surrounded by the best beaches of the Costa del Sol, just 50 meters from the sea, with private access to the beach. It is the ideal accommodation for those who wish to enjoy the tranquility, the sun, the sea and the typical gastronomy in two of the best chiringuitos of the area.

The urbanization has a wonderful pool with beautiful gardens with sun loungers for your use and enjoyment. It has 4 paddle courts and a complete children's area. In addition to having security 24 hours during the summer months.

The apartment is distributed as follows: a living-dining room with a large window with access to the covered terrace, with lateral views to the sea and fronts to the garden and the pool, next to it an open terrace with chill-out area to enjoy of the special summer nights. Three bedrooms, the main one with bathroom en suite and access to the terrace with double bed of 150 cm; the second bedroom has a 180 cm bed, divided into two individual mattresses 90 cm by 200 cm long and private terrace with sun lounger; and the third room has two single beds. Kitchen with laundry room, a second full bathroom and private parking inside the premises.

It is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a good stay: TV with foreign channels, fiber optics with Wi-Fi at maximum speed, air conditioning and heating, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, refrigerator, freezer, Complete crockery, cutlery, linens, towels and hair dryer.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas. El apartamento esta situado a unos pasos de la playa , la urbanizacion es ideal para ir con niños. Caminando se puede ir a varios chiringuitos estupendos. La decoracion de la casa muy cuidada, preciosa , super limpio y nuevo . tiene todo lo que hemos necesitado . La terraza es maravillosa para desayunar, comer, cenar y desde la misma puedes ver a los niños jugando abajo en el jardin. Los propietarios son extraordinarios , han estado pendientes en todo momento . Sin duda repetiremos!!
